Not sure security was as good as it could’ve been. Doors of hotel open and no locked doors to get to lift or rooms. That said we didn’t have any trouble

Used this hotel for a quick stop over. Needed a family room for one nights sleep and nothing else. It was a great room plenty of space and comfy enough!

It may happen during the not attended by reception night checkin procedures that you are asked to pay again. But the staff corrected this in my case quickly next morning

The hotel was a bit run down. Mainly workers staying there. Vending machine not working.

Location was good for us lots of restaurants nearby and large food shops. The staff were very friendly. Parking was good.

If I hadn't stopped the shower after 1 minute half the room would have been wet. why litterly half a kilo hair that blocked the drain. Must have been there quite a while it also ruined the door.

For the price, not much. Check in could be easier, or at least explained better.

We stayed here last year and did not like it, and only stayed here again because the location was so convenient for our needs. I was prepared for the worst. However, the hotel seems to have acted very effectively on the many problems it had and they deserve great credit for this. It is a budget hotel and in that context the rooms were ok and it was quiet. The staff are now very helpful and friendly and more accessible. I believe it's possible that negative reviews from before 2024 can probably mostly be disregarded. They now seem to deserve better

We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. The surroundings are not especially nice but not too ugly either. There is a bakery in proximity with a café area where you can have breakfast.

Classic B&B hotel, good for an overnight stay on the drive. Free parking, around the clock automatic check-in machine, clean, comfortable, new furniture, nice overall.

For reasons beyond the receptionist control, the checking process was long, cumbersome & problematic: We were 4 people & had reserved a family room. Upon arrival we were told there was no family room available & instead we were offered 3 double rooms with the subsequent total cost increase. Also, although we accepted & paid for the 3 rooms in cash, my credit card has been charged for 1 extra room. I have disputed such charge through my bank & I am waiting for a response from the hotel management.

The receptionist was extremely kind & helpful. She did her best trying to sort out the problems created by faulty software preventing access to certain rooms with the code provided during check-in. The rooms were clean & the beds comfortable.

The limescale in the toilet bowl. The lobbies, stairs and elevator floors are very dirty. The stair should be renovated.

The self check in wasn’t working so it took about 40 minutes to get into the hotel. The coffee machine was also broken!

Everything was great. The only issue was the air conditioner in the room. We tried everything to turn it off, but it can’t be turned off, which was annoying at night. Also, it doesn’t have a grille, so the duct is exposed, and that made us a bit uneasy thinking that perhaps small animals could come into the room through the air conditioning vent.

Our bathroom door was in need of repair. No hair dryer and no response so far from the supplier about this.

It just didn’t compare to the better B&B properties elsewhere.

B&B is becoming a go-to hotel for our travel, but there is a big difference in the quality of the hotels. They vary from excellent (eg Clermont, Barcelona) to this one which is jaded and needs an uplift

All was good.

The room was clean and modern, the bed comfortable, the shower was powerful. Staff were friendly. Fantastic location by the forest and near Cora hypermarket. Bowling alley over the road was interesting. A great stay. Stayed here for the funeral of a friend.
