The location

Property of the bathroom must be reviewed, we did 2 rooms and both bathroom smelled really bad / receptionists must give important information (like breakfast hours, etc) & not seem indifferent or annoyed to receive us / prepare the rooms according to the reservations - only 1 towel for 2 people / breakfast is really expensive for what is proposed.

Central for our needs for an overnight stay travelling back to Spain

Room including bathroom was so small and no hairdryer. Very disappointed after having stayed in your Barcelona hotel which was more than double the size with fitted wardrobe, fridge and hairdryer in bathroom. Far superior. Free coffee, tea, water in reception area as well, which wasn’t in Lyon. Will not stay in this B&B in Lyon again.

Well located near the motorway, the staff was very helpful and nice breakfast

The room had a bad smell and after opening the window the smell of cigarette smoke invaded us, the shower was quite strong smell.

Decent hotel very near to highway.

Not much to like here, but there was at least bed to sleep in.

The road from the Autoroute is closed, there is no labelled diversion. If you manage to find your way around town, you can't get to the hotel car park or even unload outside. They tell you to park around the back which felt unsafe and was covered in broken glass. The guy on reception was unfriendly, almost hostile. All the vending machines were broken,.no snacks or even drinking water available. The WiFi was poor and disconnected without warning after an unspecified timeout. The shower sealant was black and mouldy. There are no nearby shops or restaurants. The road is closed and you can't drive anywhere. No furniture near power sockets so you just charge phones on the floor. Toilet door has no lock and a gap underneath like a stable so zero sound proofing. My expectations were low for the money but it was worse than that. The nearby Holiday Inn seemed better and had a secure car park.

Bus stop nearby to get to the city centre. Close to the highway.

Difficult to find with all the construction going on. Parking not easy the first time, but once figured out all was good.

Good quality for the price.

Rooms are so comfortable. Private parking is good.

A small refrigerator would be good in the rooms.

Everything was good ( staff, cleanliness and spacious)

Quick check-in, clean room, and comfortable beds with good reading lights. The window faced a quiet patio. The location isn’t bad either – you can walk to Old Lyon or take a short stroll to the metro, which will please car enthusiasts – you’ll pass by plenty of car showrooms along the way ;)

It would be helpful to have more space to hang towels.

Excellent value for money. Well proportioned room with a superb shower and comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast.
