Had a problem getting into room resulting in paying twice which was sorted by booking.com big thanks to Rahma S who was a big help and only thing about the room was the shower very small even my petite wife said ,I don’t no how you got a shower .

Stayed in this area a few times, room clean air con worked well and a few places to eat near by.Plus Wilma our cat give it a paws up.

They really need to sort out the shower trays and make them deeper/put on a proper shower screen rather than a curtain - water went everywhere!

Good basic hotel, with family rooms...ideal for a stopover en route to the Vendee region. Good location - there's a huge retail park with large hypermarket (Carrefour Tourville La Riviere), lots of shops and eating outlets within a 10 min drive - we were able to stock up on supplies for our trip and top up the petrol for the drive there.

Broken toilet seat (it was quite obvious so made us wonder whether the toilets had been inspected/cleaned) Tv not working. Reception was shut when we arrived (4pm) so we couldn't give this feedback... Room extremely tight: just enough space to open the door before you hit the bed. Our room was quite noisy until midnight (as if canalisations/ aircons were running just behind our walls) We stayed at an another B&B hotel in Rouen earlier in our holiday and will select that one in the future as it is better value for money.

Convenient for a stopover (on a main route) but would probably stay at the other B&B in Rouen next time (we stayed there earlier in our trip and was better value for money) for the reasons outlined below

Length and width of room was very tight...we had our dog with us, not much room for him to relax. Had to be careful not to collide with TV when manouvering around bed. Very nearly hit my head! Breakfast: no eggs, bacon nor sausage. Nothing cooked. The first time this has happened. No fruit either. We were disappointed as this is one of the reasons we use B and B rather than IBIS or other chains.

Location very convenient for our route. Parking good and Aircon in room appreciated.

They need better shower trays - they are too shallow and the shower curtains don't hold in the water, so a lot of water was going on the floor - a bath mat was provided at least, but still needed more towels to contain.

Location was great, and family rooms were comfortable - a great for a stopover en route to/from the Vendee region. Brilliant shopping park nearby with huge Carrefour where we stocked up on supplies for our journey and fresh bakery items, as well as topping up the petrol. There's also a Burger King in the same retail area and a McDonalds just up the road from the hotel (both with play areas) - so they kept the kids happy for easy dinners on the nights we stayed en route to and from our final destination on the west coast of France.

TV not working - no signal. The room felt very small due to the lack of space around the bed. The shower had a curtain rather than a door which felt dated - did work though and lots of hot water with good pressure.

It’s on an industrial site off a dual carriageway. It’s perfectly fine but you do need to drive anywhere for food, groceries etc. but great for an overnight stop.

Breakfast was good quality with croissants, bread, jams, coffee and juices. Also a small selection of cheese and cooked items. Easy way to start the day without trying to find a local café.

Breakfast consisted of bacon as the only hot option. Room not cleaned well- chewing gum, dirt & fluff left in a corner. Arrived at 14.30, so had to use automatic book in - which was offline! Told to contact reception in opening hours at 17.00! However, a member of staff found someone who could book us in, which he kindly did. Room was exceptionally small having 2 medium dogs & 2 adults- hotel aware in advance of dogs travelling with us.
