Check in was hard as we arrived late. The room was very basic, which was ok. As non smokers , the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was very noticeable to the extent it went through my clothing. It felt not very clean in the bathroom, the tiles on the floor moved when you stepped on them

location wise perfect. just 10 minutes from the port to take the boat to Corse. Parking 🅿️ available in front of the accommodation. The supermarket next door is convenient. If you are into fast food, the Burger King within crawling distance will make you happy.

The place looks a bit doubtful if you arrive at night, but the self check in is convenient and well implemented. In the daytime, the place is lovely and run by kind people. It almost feels like a big living room. Rooms are basic but clean and contain all we needed

We were promised towels in the apartment, but there were none. We were searching for towels in hotel, but after 11pm, there is no one..all the doors for maintenance were locked...we found a person from the staff in the morning, but he was very rude.

It is a sistem without receptionist. You get your entrance code at the machine in front of entrance door whenever you want. Rooms are value for money, nice sleeping.

Light in the room didn't work, luckily light in bathroom worked, so at least we weren't in complete dark. Breakfast didn't look very good for this price, so we didn't take it. There wasn't any hand soap, and only one towel per person. Hotel could be renovated.

Hotel is great for night or two while having stop while traveling. Free parking place is behind closed fence, which is great. There is also possible to have self check in at the night on machine. Room was very basic, but ok, it's cozy. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet (only a little bit of car sound in distance) with nice view on tree and mountain in distance. Bathroom very small, but fine.

The shower curtain was covered in what appeared to be a blood splatter…..very disturbing. No humans around to complain to about this, as the “front desk” is fully automated.

Clean rooms with everything you need. Friendly staff and very helpful at check in. Plenty of parking. We didn't explore the area very much as we used the hotel as a quick stop on the way to another location but it looked nice at the port

It was noisy most of the night. People were laughing and yelling, and there was nobody to complain to as the front desk was closed. Also, there is poor public transportation to Toulon. When we arrived, the elevator wasn't working.

Lighting was bad, dirt in the walls, no mirror except in the bathroom but can't see much with the light. No much space to open luggage.

We paid for breakfast and read that breakfast finished at 10am. We went down as a family at 9:30am and all the bread and pastries were gone and we were told there were no more coming out. When I questioned 'what was I paying for?' they just shrugged their shoulders and said 'send an email!'. They then disappeared into the back office never to be seen again. I recommend guests not to pay for breakfast, it's seems a complete waste of money. Also, check out is at 12pm. I was taking advantage of this to use the WiFi and do some work but they switched the WiFi off before 11am!

- no reception staff after 9pm (we arrived and did the check in by ourselves, which took a long time) - zero facilities in the room. No ashtray, no tissues, no toilet paper, NO PILLOWS!! We had to ask for pillows! - a lot of insects in the corridor of the rooms.

The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.

The check-in machine didn’t work properly so I had to call for help and we had to wait for the manager to come and check us in the old fashioned way.
