How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Air-drier wasn’t available in the bathroom. We needed to ask for it. It wasn’t available for all days we were in the hotel. It seemed it was shared with others. 4 stars hotel suite should have had one always in the bathroom.

Verified reviewFriendly with really good facilities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Had an operational issue with the shower but quickly resolved! Eating areas were very good with great menu and service.

Verified reviewThe view from the hotel was very nice. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and the room was sizeable. The balcony was nice and ample with chairs to relax. The pools were heated and very nice. Overall a good experience. There is free parking available.
The food at the restaurant was not very good. I'd recommend eating elsewhere for meals other than breakfast. We ordered fish from the children's menu but unfortunately it had bones, making it inedible for a small child (we were not told there were bones in the children's dish).. They only offered to compensate us for half the price of the meal, but I would have been more appreciative if they had refunded us for the entire meal as the fish was the main dish.

Food and Beverage staff need training. They are more concerned with cleaning up than serving customers. Pillows very hard, no alternative. Cob webs in room when arrived.

Verified reviewI liked the layout of the pools and the outside dining area. The room was a good size and had a great view, which was perfect for sipping on wine in the evening as the sun went down. The morning breakfast was good and the staff who worked in the dining area were friendly and spoke multiple languages to help everyone feel welcome.
It’s quite a distance from the beach, so you have to drive down and find parking, which is hard to find. The front desk staff spoke limited English so it was sometimes difficult to communicate.

Verified reviewWe had a wonderful stay in Antibes! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained and smelled lovely. Everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent – we slept so well. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was quiet, and there was always hot water available. The breakfast was fantastic – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice. We also really appreciated the guest parking, which made things very convenient. Absolutely everything was a plus. Highly recommended!

Verified reviewI like the fact that the hotel was quiet, the bedrooms are very spacious for a family suite and kept very clean by the cleaning staff couldn’t fault that.
When we arrived, check in was okay but the gentleman couldn’t speak very good English so not very supportive in the questions we had about how to get to places and where to go for things like breakfast etc. Also the week we were there the deep pool being absolutely filthy full of mould at the bottom of the pool so my children couldn’t go in that pool due to her asthma not what I expected for such a spa hotel and then on our fifth day last but one day they decided because everyone complained to clean the pool. My children were stuck to a very shallow pool which got quite overcrowded because of people staying at the hotel. Areas of the hotel were quite dirty and weren’t very clean and the breakfast is average if you’re staying there longer than three days it’s very repetitive and nothing changes, tables weren’t reset after the first people left so you had to ask for cutlery etc, The reception staff other than two ladies one called Irene were great and helpful, the rest were awful and just couldn’t be bothered to help. I can speak French and through out our stay we got talked about and the spar laundry lady was so rude and didn’t realise I could speak French and understand everything they said they shouldn’t just assume. Not what we expected definitely not a 4 star.

Verified reviewStaff was unhelpful, we couldn’t get an iron, the kids are asked to behave like adults. Extremely hot in the corridors of the hotel. Dog poo on the lawns. Facilities look and feel at best 50% on how they appear on the photos. Extra charge for see view gives you a view to someone’s private house courtyard.

Verified reviewDisappointing Food Selection and Price for a 4-Star Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations for a 4-star property. The food selection was limited and did not offer much variety or quality. For the price I paid, I expected a much better breakfast experience. The overall value for money was poor, considering the high cost for what was offered. I hope the hotel takes feedback into account and improves both the food options and pricing to better reflect the standard of a 4-star hotel.
