Very friendly staff, good parking and very clean hotel.

Some areas a bit tired looking such as the exterior. Bathrooms are very small but adequate. Wooden beds are black so is the floor kept walking into the bed corners as you couldn't see them.

Good location. Ok sized room for 3 of us. Immaculately clean not a cobweb or bit of dust found anywhere. Fresh clean new looking bedding and towels. Lovely friendly welcome and goodbye. We didn't stay for breakfast but the coffee we bought was lovely. Plenty of parking. Would stay again great for an overnight stop over.

Extra charge of €3 on top of the room price. Some kind of environmental tax. But for what? Am I polluting their air? Strange

Very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast in the morning. Room was basic but ok for one night stopover.

Not too much choice within walking distance for evening meal

Self (automated) check in. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff when they were there (advertised times). Clean, spacious rooms and showers. Price of breakfast very reasonable. Plenty of choice Bright and clean.

Could gave done with a table to place things. Just a little too lacking in furniture.

Cheap and cheerful. Staff very nice and welcoming and location was good for our onward travel. Love the wall murals. Best breakfast as don't usually get fresh fruit which is what i eat for breakfast every day so this was very welcome. Will be back some stage. ❤️

Rooms a little on the small side, especially fitting a dog in, too.

Perfect stopover near the motorway. They accept dogs for a charge of 10€ payable at check-in, which is 24hr. Marie, on reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Huge E.Lecler opposite (not open Sunday's) Burger King next door and restaurant in the Campinale Hotel too. Further along the road is a McDonald's and Cassino Hypernarket. The historic town square has some nice restaurants but very busy on a Saturday night.

We were at the front of the hotel so was a little noisy at night. The hotel is carpeted so my son was a little allergic with the dog in the room.

Friendly welcome, easy to find. Lovely restaurant near by which I would highly recommend near the bowling. Good breakfast. Close to Bourge which is well worth a visit

Perfect place for stopover for Ouistreham ferry. Good bed and shower. Recommend restaurant La Rose des Vents restaurant 7-8 minutes walk away

Not a serious problem but as is the case with many establishments there was no provision for decaf coffee. I dont feel that there were any things we didnt like. Limited facilities for not a great deal of money. Coffee and tea making facilities would have been a bonus.

A quirky hotel very basic in design and facilities but adequate for an overnight stay. It is on an industrial estate opposite Leclerc hypermarket where there was a french cafeteria with reasonable basic food at reasonable prices. Good value for money accommodation. Very clean and hospitable with an excellent breakfast. Happy to recommend.

Convenient location in terms of access to motorway (hotel was booked as a stopover). Sufficient on site parking. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Hotel is not near to much

Lovely family run hotel who were very accommodating to us and our two young children after a very long drive. Room was very clean and staff were really nice. Good stop over point on the way back up from the South of France

It needs a lot of work on it the room was ok but the bathroom was dirty and the shower was old and not clean, the sink was very badly cracked and leaked all over the floor, we had to use one of the towels to mop it up.. and the price charged was not cheap my any standard!

nothing it was dirty unclean and staffed by people who were not very friendly, accept for the room maid, who was very nice, we were having having our breckfast when the managers wife came up to me quiet agressively and wanted to know who we were and had we booked in... I went to the desk with her and the man who checked us in told us that there was 'No Problem' and to carry on with our meal... not very nice

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was outstanding— the rooms were well-maintained and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail truly made the experience enjoyable. The air-conditioning and heating was working perfectly. So it's perfect if you travel with a dog. I will definitely return on my next visit!

The hotel was perfect for a night stay on our way back to the Netherlands. Very convenient self check-in system, good communication with the host, they replied very quickly to all my messages which was highly appreciated. Our room was quite big, very clean (we saw that the cleaning service is very good there) and corresponded to what we saw in the pictures on the site. The location is lovely. We saw that at the property they do care about the comfort of their guests and really do everything for their pleasant stay.
