How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Restaurant closed for holidays, we were not aware of this on booking. The bathroom smelt strange and at one point there was a loud hammering noise when toilet was flushed

Our sink in the bathroom was badly cracked (and looked as though it had been like this for some while - surprised not replaced or room closed - hotel wasn't full - maybe cleaning team hadn't reported it! Also whilst lots of nice flavoured teas for those who like that sort of thing - no English breakfast tea bags - I take my own now.
Location, situated close by several restaurants that was nice. Suite was tiny but adequate. Good to be able to select English Audio on the TV. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice and quantity. Staff were friendly.

Room so small with very little space to put clothes - virtually had to live out of suitcase. Bed not comfortable with linen only just big enough to cover mattress resulting in sleeping virtually on bare mattress. We have stayed in more comfortable Ibis Budgets than this!!
Easy to locate and convenient for our stay. Plenty of car parking available.

Toilet flush was broken (reported the next morning). Noisy room - not sure if it was the air conditioning unit or running water in a nearby room but kept us awake some of the night
Check in and breakfast was very good. Close to restaurants so didn't have to drive for evening meal. Noted Restaurant Eric was open but didn't use on this occasion

The website on Booking.com shows they have a restaurant, but it is closed for the duration of the summer holidays. Luckily, there is a restaurant nearby. They need to update their website.
Room and staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good.

There was a member of staff who was really unhelpful if not sassy and rude when I reported the AirCon was not working in our room. In addition did not apologise for the inconvenience caused to us. This won’t put us off going back. The person in question definitely needs more training and that should fix the problem for her and for the hotel.
We stay there often, about 6 times a year like everything

Corridors seemed really narrow and was difficult to navigate with bags and kids.
Excellent location, met all our needs as per comfort, amenities, breakfast suggestions. Staff very helpful and reactive. Allowed us a late check-in.

The room was small. The criteria of small or big depends according to the culture and country, but I might say that it was small, although equipped with necessary equipment and furniture amazingly, such as place to put bags, hair dryer, shelf in the bathroom to put toothbrush etc. Though, it was a bit difficult to move around. I think the weakest point was the bed. It was ok, but not that comfortable.
Everything was fine. It was clean, both visually and in terms of the odor, as well regarding towels, bed linings and sheets. The room was equipped with necessary utilities and furniture as well. It was a free drinking water dispenser in the lobby for guests. The potable water is also drinkable in general throughout France, but to have a filtered and treated water is always better. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional for a hotel in that price range and it is included in the price. E.g., freshly squeezed orange, not pre-prepared, fresh tea which is brewed by the guest itself in special tea cups. Also, the design of the room was nice and warm which we like about IBIS Hotels in general. That nice design was also observable in the breakfast room as well.

Wifi was OK but could have been stronger.
The hotel is in a convenient location for travellers. It has the usual Ibis secure car parking area and restaurants close by. Breakfast was quite reasonable although a supplement has to be paid. Very clean.

Dinner options at hotel relatively limited - though other eateries available within easy walking distance. We booked a small room - and it is! Whilst facilities are fine, shower/toilet is extremely compact.
Easy to reach & well connected in terms of main road network. Clean & comfortable room with good shower etc. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices available. Check in/out managed efficiently.
