Fine for us but walk into Grasse a steep hill so may not be ideal if have mobility issues.

Beautiful, peaceful house and garden, fabulous views, very friendly and helpful host, great kitchen facilities as well as own private fridge. Private little balcony as well as plenty of shared seating areas.

Just a heads-up: remember to bring your own pool towels—we didn’t realize this in advance. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms when we arrived, but it was quickly provided upon request. If you’re planning to walk to Grasse, be prepared for a bit of a workout: a steep 10-minute uphill climb followed by a 5–8-minute descent (and the same in reverse on the way back). In the summer heat, it can get sweaty, so bring airy clothes and proper walking shoes—sandals aren’t ideal for the steep hill as they can be quite slippery. We did enjoy the walk, though :)

The room was beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Air conditioning in every room was a huge plus during the summer heat. The bed was very comfortable, and having two bathrooms felt like a real luxury for a family. A fridge in the room was handy, especially since we prepared a few meals in the shared kitchen. The terrace was lovely, overlooking a beautiful garden and a pool that’s perfect for relaxing—bonus points for the deeper end of the pool! Breakfast was classically French: coffee or tea, croissants, jam, and baguettes. If you prefer healthier options, it’s a good idea to bring a few extras. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The Wi-Fi worked well too!

If you drive be prepared for navigating some narrow roads (but that is valid for all French villages). It is well with the effort though.

Fantastic hostess of the property with a personal touch and the customer in focus throughout. I cannot think of a better reception. The property was beautiful and it was obvious that pride and care was put into creating a fantastic customer experience. Anyone looking for an authentic French experience should look no further than

Great property with all amenities. The hosts were very welcoming and always available. Would highly recommended it. We were 3 generations 75-6 on holiday and all 6 of us loved the place. There was plenty of room for all, the pool was loved by all. We spent a week and had the place to ourselves.

Tasteful decoration and homelike hosting. Sabrina is such a wonderful and sweet host, and a a friend. The property located surrounded by hills and greens which gives you maximum relaxation away from metropolis. It is also convenient to go the city centre for everything you needed. The bedroom, bathroom and everything are clean and tidy. Thank you Sabrina for making our days such a lovely experience ❤️

Loved the concept and details of the decoration. Everything was thought through in every room, does not happen often:) quality of materials , excellent breakfast and lovely host. Also the distance from centre 15 min walk. One of the best restaurant recommendation in this area. Thank you!.

A great way to chill out but only a 15 minute walk to bars restaurants and attractions in Grasse. Sabrina was the perfect host and the property is extremely charming with an authentic French feel.

This is a little piece of paradise nestled in the hills above Cannes. The host Sabrina greeted us with a glass of wine and showed us around the beautiful garden and pool, the modern kitchen and living room. We relaxed completely in these wonderful surroundings.for a couple of days. Highly recommend and a good deal.

Bastide Aïna was wonderful! The Bastide is within walking distance of Grasse city centre but is completely quiet and peaceful. The pool is lovely and there are great views of the mountains. The gardens are well maintained. Sabrina was an excellent host - her breakfasts were a real highlight. Her dog was Fendi was another highlight! We hope to come back again some day and will definitely recommend the Bastide to friends and family.
