Reasonable location en route through France. Quick overnight transit stop. Few restaurants nearby including petrol station. Has bar and restaurant on site although restaurant wasn't open.

Friendly staff, spoke English better than I could speak my smattering of French! Room a nice size with comfy bed. Good value for money and good free parking right outside. Although on edge of small Industrial style area there was a decent Chinese buffet restaurant a chicken takeaway and a small supermarket within walking distance.

The area looked a little run down. The ac did not work and it was 30 degrees at midnight. A fan was available but not ideal.

Rooms were quite dated and in need of a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. No curtains to block light from windows, only voile/net curtain.

Good price, free parking available. Connecting rooms supplied for family of 4. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good and well priced. Location ok for an overnight stop, opposite a shopping centre with plenty of restaurant choices and easy to access from motorway. There was an issue with local tap water when we stayed, staff made sure we were aware and bottled water was supplied in the rooms.

Unfortunately there was no hot water at all. The shower was bitterly cold both nights. Given the fact that I was only staying for 2 nights and was not in the room very much, this wasn’t as bad as it might have been, but having read this review from others prior to coming, I am surprised that this still is the case. It’s a shame because everything else worked well and the staff were very friendly, but you can’t really be operating a 3 star chain hotel with a lack of hot water in the rooms…

The room was clean and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful despite limited English. She allowed me to check in earlier as I arrived before 11am and the bed was pretty comfortable. The room was quiet and it represented good value for money. The number 2a bus stops right outside the hotel at Lavoissire which can be reached from opposite the railway station within 15 minutes and it was about a 35 minute walk to the centre.

The shower head was insecure.

The hotel needs updating but no less comfortable for this. We were on the ground floor. Comfortable room, very clean facilities. The en suite was small but very clean. Shower water was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was good with a wide variety for Continental Breakfast. The hotel team were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on the A2 route into the town centre (€2 round trip).

It was in a bit of a run down location, but there was a big shopping center opposite, with lots of restaurants to enjoy.

The hotel is currently being renovated, and it has a lot of potential. We were lucky to stay in 2 of the renovated rooms and they were lovely. Comfy beds, great showers, black out curtains. The staff were so helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay after our campervan broke down.

The rooms were small, and inadequate ability to have twin beds, even when new rooms became available requiring us to source a separate location for half of our team.

The location was ideal, across the road from the supermarket and close to the purpose of our trip.

WiFi in the rooms was very patchy, it almost never worked. There are aircon units on the wall and remotes but they don't seem to work. To be fair, I think the hotel was not advertising aircon as a facility anyway, at least not for the room we booked. Not a problem as we could sleep with the window opened.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Poitiers, easy to park (outdoors). Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms are fine for this type of hotel, not large but acceptable. There are some restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Wifi signal was poor in the bedroom . The bathroom could do with better ventilation because there was mould on the ceiling in the corner above the shower.

Room was comfortable and quiet . Overall our stay was satisfactory . The staff were very pleasant & welcoming . Didn't have breakfast , but had dinner which was very good along with the housewine .

The area it is situated in is a bit run down and it's not easy to find.

I have stayed there some 6 years before, staff were very friendly then, as they are now. The hotel is older, but very comfortable and cosy, which, from previous experience, is why we chose it. Super evening meal, excellent breakfast, great service.
