Everything was great, and as we hoped

This is an excellent apartment, conveniently situated in the middle of the town. It has a lovely feel to it-being in the attic and has been well decorated. Extremely warm and comfortable. Ideal for a couple and maybe two children or two adult adults with one person sleeping on the sofa bed.

You do have to be able to climb some stairs with your luggage. We did miss having some paper towels, salt, tea bags, and little things like that.

The location was great. The views from the apartment were beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The access with the car is not allowed, as approach is restricted to vehicles to the centre of village, and the parking was not so close in order to unload/load baggage and skis etc No ski room available, having to carry all ski staff to the apartment is not very convenient, especially with the stairs from 5th to 6th floor. The bus service to the lifts is not the best, the busses are fully packed and the stops not easy to understand. Was expecting a better quality and more busses to service the crowds…

The apartment is very convenient centrally located in Chamonix, with all restaurants and bars around in very short distance. Is very warm in temperature and feeling! The owners are truly supportive with everything, very helpful instructions and in details.

Hot at noon summer no air cooling facility. No iron available. No TV. The the master bed is not confrtabul Others beds are good.

Location the view from windows Kitchen facility cleanses of the flat. Decration and lightning. Was vary good.

very cozy apartment right in the heart of Chamonix - yet no noise disturbance at night. Everything exactly as described. Great value for money. Very caring and nice hosts. We had a wonderful time. Would always book again!

More, comfortable pillows on all needs. Another stool for the master bedroom. Better lighting for reading in the master bedroom.

Great location. More of an apartment than hotel room and fit 3 perfectly. Very clean with a great view. And very accommodating hosts for a great value.

Amazing, quirky, warm, comfortable apartment right in the heart of Chamonix with an amazing view from your bed. Just be aware that the center of Chamonix is pedestrian only so if you come in private car you have to find park in surrounding streets and walk in, but honestly no problem.

Everything was excellent.

Beautiful apartment - the combination of old beams and wooden furniture with an ultra-modern bathroom and kitchen made for a very luxurious stay. It's hard to get much closer to the action, but since it is so high up noise wasn't really much of an issue. Wonderful hosts, beautiful views, all the facilities exactly as described...it really doesn't much better!

I payed primetime rates during UTMB ($900 USD 2 nights) so I knew it wouldn’t be a great value. I wasn’t prepared for the lack of basic amenities—-1/2 a roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and no re-supply left in apt. Dirty mop and grungy floor towels in the bathroom. A jumble of random cleaning supplies stowed in open cabinet. Inside front door grimy. For the price, lacked attention to hospitality details and apartment seemed DIY, so shelving sagged, floor crawl space served as an awkward closet, ill-fitting curtains coming off the rods. “Carlton Residence” building itself worn and dated.

Location and view great. Easy access to property. Nice towels left in bedroom. Washing machine

I thought things could be dealt more professionally. Early check-in was allowed, which I appreciated very much. But when we got there, probably 20 towels were hanging everywhere, nowhere to lie down, and there was no toilet paper. Eventually, it was sorted out, but after a long journey from another country with excitement, it was a disappointment, and my family was asking me whether this was a scam . It was sorted out eventually, and we enjoyed the location, but I thought the communication by the owner could be more professional also.

The location was great! Right in the center of the town.

Very dirty apartment. The spoons was dirty, bed linen was very very old and it was very squeamish to sleep on such. The bathroom is awful too. Crockery is old and cracked. So the condition of the apartment is very cheap and unkept. Absolutely not recommended

Unclean and dirty / stained bedding. Quality of workmanship poor, items unfinished and broken in parts. The lift only go's to 5th floor so very difficult to carry luggage up an extra flight of stairs (the property is on 6th floor) Apartment is above McDonalds restaurant and the smell of grease / cooking is throughout hallway and apartment. Does not represent value for money and we were disappointed with the stay. I don't feel the description regarding this property is entirely accurate. Host slow at responding, I had to chase for information.
