Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

South KoreaWe had a nice breakfast. There was a variety of bread. We even got self-cooked eggs. We had some fresh water and a sparkling water fountain in the lobby. It is located near the Capitol and the Basilica de Saint Sernin.

BelgiumThe elevator is quite small and busy in the morning, and the stairs are quite narrow. Nothing else negative to report. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, because there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood. I do not know what they offer and at what price.
Small hotel near the railway station, but far enough to avoid the station's negative atmosphere, and on walking distance (10 minutes) from the city centre - Place du Capitole. The superb service of the staff is something to emphasise. Although our room was small, it had everything we needed and the beds were very good. The air conditioning works fine. No refrigerator, but we knew that beforehand. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a small lounge close to the reception, where you can get a coffee and some sweets or snacks for free. We did not have breakfast here, since there are plenty options in the city centre.

United StatesI liked everything.
I love this hotel. It’s stylish, clean, and modern. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient. There are shades that make the room dark. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast has a lot of choices: yogurt, fresh fruit, crepes, eggs, bread, and good coffee. The location is convenient to all the sights and especially the bus to the airport.

United KingdomOnly small issue I had was the elevator not going all the way to the 7th floor - guess it's a common issue in older buildings!
Breakfast was really great, location is super convenient, staff were helpful and outgoing. Bedroom was comfortable, fitted with AC and tastefully decorated

A very clean and well managed little hotel in a good spot of Toulouse. Absolutely fantastic staff. The wonderful Pénélope was so kind and helpful, which was extra impressive while she multitasked for other guests at a busy moment. Great that you can park your car directly onsite too. Complementary sparkling waters and coffees at reception also added a nice touch to our morning.

AustraliaNo downside from me.
Hotel Innes offers excellent facilities and is well located for walking in the old town. The staff are outstanding with their warm welcome, very helpful orientation to Toulouse and suggested visits. The breakfast is wonderful and unhurried. It is indeed a Happy Hotel! Special thank you to Paula whose command of languages and beautiful smile made my stay particularly enjoyable.

United StatesThe room was a tad small. I did not favor the carpeting in the hall on our floor (but the room had new "wood" floor which easy to clean.) I can't think of anything else I did not like.
The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced: organic everything (or nearly), very wide range of offerings, fresh viennoiseries, charcuterie, cheese, breads, very clean, pretty cutlery and tableware, possibility for zero waste (I was tempted by a whole milk yogurt - creamy and delicious so one plastic cup). Excellent value for the money. Penelope (front desk) was super friendly and helpful. They have all these little details like quality water dispensers with pitchers and glasses to take to your room, candy and snacks, mini fussball, reading areas with material. Too many amenities to list and enjoy because our stay was too short. The location is great too! I'm not giving the 10 Innès deserves because the only time I gave a well deserved 10, Booking did not believe me.

Francethe hotel has a small lobby, a bit noisy if you are next to the lift, and the neighbourhood is not bad but not the best either.
Great location, smiley staff and confortable room. A good plus is that they have coffee and water included allday-long. I also had the breakfast with them and it is good quality based on price and compared with other hotels of the same category.

IrelandWe booked late and would have liked a slightly bigger room but will book ahead next time!
Brilliant location close to the train station and so close to the city centre. Loved the focus on sustainability. The water fountain and reusable bottles kept us cool throughout. Great coffee from the free machine with optional Monin syrups. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't remember everyone's name but Penelope gave us a 5 star welcome and introduced us to the city. Will happily seek out Happy Culture hotels elsewhere in France.
