Hotel was lovely, great location, beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were immaculate. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and the setting spectacular. My daughter loved every moment and was happy the whole time! Would highly recommend.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Hotel is very cute, it seems that it has been recently renovated. Rooms were small but clean. Bathroom was very clean and nice. It only lacked the toiletries, it only had a hand soap and the shower wash. Breakfast was complete, very nice an fresh and had a good variety of fresh bread, eggs, croissants and freshly baked cakes and cheese and cereals etc. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and always there to help.

The size of the room was small, and not easy for two people to move around it. There was a smell in the corridor of the rooms that smelled like mold. The bathroom lacked toiletries.

Love the location and staff. Staff are really friendly, accommodating and speak English. And the location is just perfect, 20min on foot to the Eiffel Tower and also 3 different metro lines all 5-8 min from the hotel. Also the rooms were really clean and had comfy beds:) also must note that the hotel looks modern and true to fotos.

My one complaint is going to be about the safe…it wasn’t working. And maybe just a note that the walls are a bit thin, but honestly it didn’t disturb us all that much so it’s just a fyi kind of thing, if you’re a light sleeper.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. I booked two rooms for myself and my best friend. During our stay my pregnant friend got bitten by bedbugs which completely ruined the experience. Very disappointing.

Close to the Metro and other amenities

The walls were not soundproof so you could hear people in adjacent rooms, or they could hear us!

We were greeted and explained the city taxes, and they helped us get things situated with the subway passes (photos on the navigo cards). We had a perfect stay for my friend and I having a girls trip. Peaceful and clean, the location was great to go walk to the Eiffel Tower in 24 minutes, we even walked to the Louvre and the Arc, but that was probably more than many would go, but still, it was a great location. We enjoyed everything thoroughly, and having a clean room to come back to, plus they held our baggage for us upon request.

Everything is very good. The staff and location are perfect. The rooms were clean and the space was enough.

One thing is, we booked 2 rooms, and 1 of the rooms had a specific strange smell, like after a dry cleaning or something. Which wasn't very pleasant, but rest of the things are good.

Once in the right room, the bed was comfortable and the room looks nice.

The staff initially placed us in the wrong room and then took 20 minutes to discuss the problem before finding us a different room, and the bathroom sliding door was not closed fully and very heavy to move, falling off the slider once, luckily not injuring or breaking anything, the location was fine

Great location, fantastic friendly staff, good facilities and room size. The manager went out of her way to make sure my kids were looked after and fed ! I would come back again !

Staff were helpful and polite. The place was clean and the location was convenient, although road works meant we couldn't use the public bus.

The coordination with Booking.com leaves much to be desired. Our original booking had already charged us the city tax, but the hotel said city taxes must be paid at the hotel, which I had to cough up. Still trying to settle this issue with all parties. I booked a non refundable room but was charged for a flexible, refundable room. Something needs to be sorted out.

Location is perfect. If you’re happy to pay a bit extra , ask for the Eiffel suite, perfect view of the tower.
