Although the food at restaurant was tasty, there was not a big variety for eg. fish is not available in the menu just sea bass ravioli. There is also very little to see at walking distance around the hotel so a car ou a bicycle is a must. As hotel is not new it was easy to hear noises specially from doors closing and people talking on corridors. Beds are comfortable but not the pillows - too high for my taste. The light blocking in the room from the window is also not good for those that like me like to sleep in complete darkness.

Hotel was nice and clean and staff were very friendly and always available. Food was tasty and breakfast was also quite nice. Didn't use the pool but looked very refreshing with the surrounding gardens. For those that enjoy quietness the hotel is good.

We arrived at night when it was dark and gates locked - took some time to find entrance gate as very poor lighting of Hotel Name..No milk for T /C.

The room and corridors are basic and looking tired but overall it was good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent, the pool and outside areas looked very welcoming and the staff were extremely nice. As a single female traveller I felt safe.

Room was a bit small. Overall, hotel is nice however the 4-star rating by the French ministry of tourism is a far-fetched. Hotel is an honest 3-star in my opinion.

Conveniently located a short distance from the historic city center of Grasse. Plenty of on-site parking. Liked the double door soundproofing between the bedroom and the hallway. Also, liked the updated bathrooms.

Nothing really

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were good and the beds were very comfortable. The bar was good but we had to order a local takeaway due to the restaurant being closed. All in all the stay was very good.

Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable, the room is a bit small and we have problem with fridge and safety room that were broken, despite this the staff was very kind and help us with the solution

This best western is located near the nice city of Grasse (5 min by car), it has a nice pool anche gym. Good quality/price, Kind staff

Friendly & very helpful staff. They organise a car to take us into Grass for the Olympic Flame Festival, the driver was excellent & picked us up after & dropped us to the train station. My husband left his phone in the car & 15 minutes later Can ( Kan) returned with it. We had a wonderful experience as our daughter was 1 of the torch carriers & his help was the finishing touch to our visit to Grasse.

The hotel is a little out of the centre of town but on a bus route.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful when we changed our plans because of train strikes. There is a lovely restaurant opposite the hotel (better than the two we ate at in the town). The hotel restaurant wasn’t open.

The bed was a bit hard and the pillow soft, but no bed sleeps like your own.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The restaurant offers a small menu with choice in meat, fish and vegetarian food. I had the steak with a local red wine. Both were very good. The room was very clean and offered plenty of towels and soap, bodylotion etc.. Breakfast was very versatile, the buffet is small but has something for everyone.

Was a long walk to the town for dinner/drinks especially going as all uphill. The hotel restaurant was closed on a Saturday night
