Check in was easy despite being a short notice booking. We were travelling with our dog and having a hotel that caters for our furry friends just takes the stress out of travelling. The hotel catered for dogs and she was even allowed in the restaurant. The facilities are excellent ansd we wrere well cared for. There is also lots of parking.

Lovely first stop on a road trip. The suite was great, having a proper second bedroom with doors, a dressing room and bathroom - perfect for families with kids on different bedtimes…! The best one we’ve found so far in that respect. Meant we could still enjoy ourselves and chat once the little one was in bed. Room service was delicious and not too expensive - really really convenient again for families with young kids

The hotel is excellent and has very helpful staff. In particular Prudance was extremely helpful and was always smiling and happy to help she even booked our dog into the vets. The room cleaning service is great and the hotel is very clean. Location was about a 12 min drive to the city centre which was perfect for us. The Spa was very clean and easy to book via reception. Overall outstanding service we will be back.

I was really pleased with our one-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and it was great value for money. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel and we enjoyed being able to have a drink on the outside terrace. It was very accessible from the motorway which is handy if you are on a stopover, as we were, and don't want to get involved in the city traffic. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean, well laid out property. Rooms have everything you need for a stay and the fittings are very good quality. Showers were superb and beds were very comfy. Provided coffee pods were very nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel restaurant looked very clean and tidy but we ate out while sightseeing. The property is located outside the centre of Rouen but was easy to find and get out from.

We were a party of five adults and one child of 16 months. We only stayed 1 night en route to the Vendee region but all the staff made us feel very welcome, on arrival to our departure. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the those serving us in the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast, and the quality of the food was very good. We were also happy with our bedrooms, which were spacious and comfortable. Delighted to have chosen this hotel for our stay.

Cafe Americano is small

Excellent loaction. Public transportation to center less than 100m away. Absolutely very helpful staff. Got excellent advice and address to great wine shop ans good restaurants at center of city. Traditional French breakfast, with superb local cheeses, meats and delicious, freah breads is exactly to my taste.

Great stay! The hotel is modern and really clean. Rooms are well-equipped and comfy, with everything you need. The location is super convenient, right next to the highway, with free and secure parking. Check-in was quick and easy, even late at night. The bed was comfortable, and they had a baby crib ready for us, which was a big plus. Also, it’s pet-friendly. All around, a great choice for a stopover or a longer stay in Rouen. Would definitely come back.

Our 2nd stay.....arrived after midnight and reception was still open, very helpful with check in and luggage.....another 1 night stay, easy parking, modern hotel and pets allowed. Liked · Modern hotel with pleasant bar and seating area, friendly reception staff, pets allowed and easy parking. The hotel is located outside of Rouen, but easy access if not visiting Rouen centre. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Simple but pleasant breakfast in the morning....
