Our first room was not good, the curtains were falling down, the stairs were not completely safe and there was a rare smell at the terras but we communicated this with the staff and we received a new room.

Staff refused to provide extra milk pots for my coffee. That was appalling. View also not good. I feel price should have been a bit less.

Location, cleanliness was very good. View is poor into between the buildings. I have not had breakfast.

Room very tiny but view and well designed facilities such as very functional tiny shower and multiple well placed outlets for charging devices made it workable.

Very good location. Room (small) is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with fair food choice. Parking available. Bar and breakfast rooms are with a very nice view on the sea shore.

On street parking outside worked 2 of the 3 nights but on the third we had to park on street away. Not really a big problem.

The location is far away from the convention center / old town, so if you are going for a conference it is a 15-20 minute walk. The building is on the older side.

The room is good to spend the night, it is clean and has all you will need. The breakfast is also quite good and opens really early. It has easy access to the main beach.

My room was perfect for me and would have worked very well if I had my partner with me as well. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the location of the hotel was amazing - right on the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice but probably the best thing was the direct access to a huge, lovely beach (plage du Sillon). It was around a twenty five minute walk on the embankment alongside the beach to the old town (the intra muros) and the city walls, which are spectacular. The hotel is about a twenty five minute walk from the train station and there are two good restaurants just across the road from the hotel.

Location in a peaceful area with sea right in front. Room is big and confortable for 2 persons. There is a small sauna and gym to relax and keep fit if you are there for more than 1 night.

We were lucky to find a parking space perhaps because it was a bit out of season.

Nearby car parking was free, but relatively distant if you have luggage. The hotel did suggest we could drop the luggage off on arrival by parking in front of their garage, but this didn't seem possible .

It was a bit further from the old town, a walk of 15 min. However, it was only 5 min to the Thermes Marin Spa.

I think I was upgraded to a room with that fits three people but I was the only one. I also had a terrance. Too bad the weather was a bit cool. Although the hotel looked dated in the front, the interior has been totally updated. Best of all this is really beach front ... less than 10 steps!

The location of the hotel is exceptional. We have direct access to the beach and the promenade. The kids loved it. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. We will be back :)
