We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

On a cycle tour around Normandy, this hotel was our only option. Conveniently placed in Lessay, good instructions left for the keys as we arrived late afternoon on Sunday. Comfortable room with everything needed. Safe place to leave our bikes. Very quiet area and hotel. Great breakfast. Perfect stop and communication.

United KingdomThe bedside lighting could only be controlled on one side of the bed. It was a little concerning that there appeared to be no staff on the premises on Saturday evening. This might have caused difficulties had there been a fire or other emergency . We did not see any fire-fighting equipment. The defibrillator was in the reception area which was closed on that evening. The internet did not work for us in the room and we had to go out to the corridor or to the reception desk in order to obtain a signal despite all the help given by the member of staff on duty Although the breakfast was perfectly adequate for us, it seemed rather highly priced for what it was.
The location was very convenient for our requirements. The one member of staff we saw was extremely pleasant and helpful. There was plenty of car parking space Our room was on the ground floor

We were told by a member of staff that she could only be contacted by phone as she wouldn't be on site., making us very vulnerable The location was poor in relation to the town centre, no food available. Extractor fan in bathroom not working.
The host Eloise was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, comfy room.
