Restaurant food was not good quality. Both got food poisoning on first night of three. Complained to management but they didn’t seem that bothered and didn’t offer to remove the food bill or discount the stay even when asked. Shame as this gesture would’ve made all the difference

Conveniently located on outskirts of town with tram access into centre which was cheap and easy. Good size room and comfortable king size bed. Majority of staff pleasant and helpful, however a few not so much. Perfect base for exploring Normandy beaches, Bayeux and Mont Saint michel

Handy stopover before the ferry home. Decent pool which was great for the children after a long drive. Restaurant was fine and the bar staff were friendly. We also liked how they had an area for the kids to play in just by the restaurant.

Some nights the guest parking in front of the hotel was full. The hotel staff did not exactly make it clear that guests can also use the side parking too. That is where employees of the hotel could park. Only by asking the staff, they would tell you that you can park on the side parking. Therefore, some guests either parked on the green areas or outside the hotel. The hotel must make this clearer for guests as they advertise free parking in booking.com. Alternatively the night staff should be more vigilant and when they see the front parking is full they should direct guests to the side parking proactively.

Even though the hotel was busy, but it was fairly quiet. Room was clean. Some staff were more helpful and clear than some others. Good air condition in the room.

The restaurant was only open a few hours a day very inconvenient . Dinner was busy as it opens for 2 hours a night and it’s quite late for children. LThe staff seemed to sit around eating meals when it wasn’t open . Breakfast was ridiculously overpriced at 20 euros . One of the staff came into our room while we were sleeping and quickly went back out without saying anything (my son was awake).location has not much around it , it wasn’t near the ferry port probably 15 to 20 min drive

A bit on the pricey side - close to 300euros including dinner for four.

Location is great - we used as a stop after drive from south of France to Cherbourg ferry. Nice pool - heated. Rooms OK. Dinner options not bad - I tried the falafel bowl which was very nice just lacked some sauce or dressing.

The pillows were not good. Luckily I always bring my own. Not very cheap (€162 per night without breakfast).

Good shower with enough pressure. Free parking. Airco was working well. Swimming pool had nice warm temperature (28 degree Celsius). Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and the kids could eat for free. Dinner in the evening was also very good.

The location is a bit off of downtown (a 5min drive but definitely not within walking distance) - the internet (wi-fi) was spotty - it did not work in none of my 3 Apple devices and when requesting assistance, the front desk was not of much help so I was without internet during my stay

Hotel was relatively clean and easy to access - there is a restaurant inside where we ate and the food was relatively decent - other than that a good spacious room, decent shower and bathroom overall
