Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

CanadaI had indicated I would arrive in the morning and received a note from the hotel before checking-in asking if I would like to check-in at 10 am for an extra fee. I agreed and received communication that it was confirmed. However when I arrived they told me it would not be possible to get into a room until 1 pm, and they can't guarantee early check-in. I wish they would not have offered the early check-in if it would not necessarily be possible. The garbage in my room was not emptied for the entire time I was there.
Location was great, across from the train station and a short walk to the old centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were nice and quick to respond to questions. I was there over the Easter weekend, and they left a little chocolate egg hunt on the Sunday which was very kind.

Czech RepublicThere was no proper wardrobe which could be annoying when staying more days, it would be also nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also, there were just paper cups which is not a pleasant choice, we were able to get a couple of glasses at the reception when we asked though.
The location near the train station was very comfortable since we wanted to explore some cities near Rennes too. The hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable and staff kind and helpful. We appreciated that there was a kettle in the room.

Great location opposite the train station but less than 10 mins walking from the shopping center and 15 from city center. The room is spacious and clean so is the bathroom. The staff is lovely and helpful - the nicest staff I met across hotels in Rennes surrounding the train station. The lounge area at the reception looks cosy and breakfast looks great too (I'm not a breakfast person).

SpainExcellent value for price and maybe that's why the room is quite small, which is okay in general but a bit uncomfortable if you have two big suitcases.
Excellent location. Well kept common areas. Our room request was fulfilled. Polite and efficient staff. WiFi is good in the rooms. On checkout day you can telework from the restaurant, after breakfast, just ordering a hot drink. And you can play a game with the football table!!
