The beds are comfortable and it’s quite an affordable stay, especially if you’re passing Strasbourg for a day visit on a long roadtrip (which was our case)

The hotel gives off a strong motel vibe, and the rooms are as quiet as the other guests’ behavior… It’s located outside the center of Strasbourg, but still not particularly cheap, all things considered.

Very practical if you're attending a show at the Zenith—you can walk there! There's a nearby metro station that takes you to the city center. Parking is free, and the rooms are comfortable.

The room gave the feeling that it was not used for a long time.

The room was quite spacious and even though it was at the ground floor it was very quiet. I really liked the fact that the parking was available also during the night and it felt secure with the security gate at the entrance.

There were bugs in the bed and bathroom, as well as other insects throughout the space, which made it quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean — there was a lot of hair left behind, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. With a bit more attention to hygiene and cleanliness, this place could be a lot more pleasant.

Slight weird smell in the room. Walls are quite thin, so you hear everything. Shower head needs to be changed.

I had a little accident in the bathroom as I slipped in the bath and fell on thel bathroom floor. As I had a little injury on my head, there was some blood on the towels, bath and floor. I asked for an extra cleanup of the room, but when we returned in the evening the room was not cleaned at all and I had to ask for new towels. After complaining at the desk, it was cleaned the next day. Furthermore there was no light at the entrance of the room at the second floor. All lights were non functioning. The whole building was a bit outdated.

The open-air (exterior) corridors didn’t make me feel very safe. It made me think of motels in movies in North America…. There are also two front doors - for additional security? The room is pretty small, and the bathroom shower faucets look very old.

Breakfast is nice. Hotel kept our luggages after checking out. I was allowed to have breaksfast even though I was late! Tram not far.

A new remote is needed The power button wasn’t working so I had to get up each time to turn on and or off the tv.

It was great being on the bottom floor because I had my dog with me and it was easy to just be in and out for potty breaks

The rooms could do with some updating and maintenance. The beds are a little harder than I'd like, one light switch didn't work, and the bathroom door didn't quite latch.

The lobby is like a clubhouse and very warm and welcoming with board games and good wifi throughout the property; it was a great place to relax and hang out or even get some work done, and they serve food throughout the day as well. The staff were all exceptional people (shoutout to Stephanie!), and we felt like we were at home by the end of our stay. It's also extremely well located for a tram into the city center, and you don't hear any street noise at all.
