Staff were excellent and helpful. Parking good

Didn’t like the area or back room I was given. No views.

We stayed for one night but overall a good stay. The room was just what we needed for one night and good value for money.

The beds are comfortable and it’s quite an affordable stay, especially if you’re passing Strasbourg for a day visit on a long roadtrip (which was our case)

They don’t have a refrigerator and we found two bugs in our room (could be the heat, we visited in August)

- Small room - Wifi didn't work (as the front desk was already closed, the problem couldn't be solved).

Cheap as an overnight stop in Strasbourg . Location for park n ride/tram

Adequate facilities but needs refurbishment. Have stayed in Kyriad hotels Arras which was more modern and value for money.

Unfortunately, we experienced a very unpleasant incident during our stay. Around 8 a.m., the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking, while we were still asleep. This abruptly woke us up. Later, around 10 a.m., they again attempted to open the door, once more without knocking. This behavior seriously affected our sense of safety. It felt like someone could walk into the room at any moment without warning. In a hotel, guest privacy and security should be a top priority — unfortunately, this was not the case here.

On our motorway route. Bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Pity they have removed the kettle and coffee... That has previously been a plus.

Easy to find close to stores and restaurants. The air conditioning was a life saver.

Very practical if you're attending a show at the Zenith—you can walk there! There's a nearby metro station that takes you to the city center. Parking is free, and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel gives off a strong motel vibe, and the rooms are as quiet as the other guests’ behavior… It’s located outside the center of Strasbourg, but still not particularly cheap, all things considered.

Overall, a disappointing experience. There were lots of bugs in our room, and despite informing the staff, they didn’t offer to change it. The location isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not worth the stay.

The room was quite spacious and even though it was at the ground floor it was very quiet. I really liked the fact that the parking was available also during the night and it felt secure with the security gate at the entrance.

The room gave the feeling that it was not used for a long time.
