Pool was welcome after a hot day driving

Not so much a dislike, just to be aware that staff need to check your property before refunding your security deposit, so leave extra time when checking out if you have to get a ferry like us!

    • Check-in was smooth – deposit of €180 and ID copy required, but the process was easy (although still awaiting deposit back!) • Once we gave the place a clean and aired it out, it felt much better and more comfortable. • The hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washer, and dryer were all in good working condition. • Beds were comfy and the house stayed cool. • The BBQ and outdoor space were great – really spacious and ideal for relaxing. • The pool and on-site bar were both fantastic – great atmosphere and a nice place to unwind. • You can pre-order bakery goods, though we preferred to pop out in the mornings (very convenient). • The location is peaceful with beautiful countryside views. • Cliffs are a 20-minute walk and the beach is just a 10-minute drive away – lovely area to explore.

The house needed a deep clean and had quite a few spiders and flies when we arrived. TV didn’t work and there was no kettle. Shortage of basic kitchen items like cutlery and mugs etc. No plug for the bath and the main shower had very low pressure (although the bath shower was good). Bedding could have been cleaner. You need to bring your own sheets and pillow cases etc, towels, tea towels, and cleaning supplies – worth noting in advance.

Check-in/Check-out Process Check-in: 5-minute process including identity verification, parking allocation, €180 deposit collection, and key handover Check-out: 5-7 minutes for key return, quick inspection, and deposit refund. Staff is friendly and patient but speaks primarily French with minimal English - translation apps recommended Location & Parking Easy to find with Google Maps. Arrive during daylight as the final stretch lacks street lighting Park outside barriers during check-in, then move to allocated private parking Spacious premises with good parking for larger vehicles The mobile home includes bedrooms, WC, living room with kitchen, and shower. Some minor wear and tear (damaged cupboard shelves, loose shower holder, mismatched dishes) Fully functional kitchen, though some pans show heavy use with worn coating Facilities On-site snack bar serves hot food, ice cream, and drinks Temperature-controlled swimming pool Children's trampoline Local Area Bakery within 500m (open all day) with pizza vending machine Small town center in Biville-sur-Mer with restaurants Fuel station a few kilometers away Dieppe (15km) offers full amenities including Sunday-open supermarkets Overall: Excellent value for money with nearly everything exceeding expectations.

Mobile homes at the back are on stone roads which is not the best to ride on In addition, the swimming area starts at 10 a.m. which is late for kids, something like 8 or 9 is my expectation..

The site itself was great, lovely little snack bar with a great play ground for the kids and the pool was great.

The caravan itself felt a little unsafe, we tried to use the hair dryer but it fell off the wall and had live wires poking out. The radiator in the main bedroom fell off the wall so my husband had so screw it back on. It was okay.

Nice scenic hiking path close by and an excellent restaurant in the next village.

The house we rented smelled mold and was dirty and old. The campsite offered no free facilities (no free WiFi). Everyone had to wear a ribbon as if we lived in a luxurious place and the actually asked for a 180 Euro deposit, even though we only stayed for around 12 hours. Nobody speaks English (or any other language than French).

There were no knifes to cook in the kitchen, so it was not very convenient.

A very nicely kept small camping, having good facilities. However, contrary to what is said, it is NOT on the seaside: while on air-line it's ca. 1km from the sea, be prepared to drive for 15-20min to reach the closest beach.

The TV was not functional at all, and the parasol was broken, already at our arrival. We signaled this to the management, but they said it was the fault of the mobilhome's owner and they cannot repair. (By booking the accommodation, we never entered in a contractual relation with a third party, thus the management should be able to act in such situations.)

Really friendly people, great cafe with park etc, short walk to the sea. Non English speaking so do need to make an effort to speak French but everyone had lots of patience with us trying. Great value nice static caravans.

    Fair price and very clean

No towels or bed sheets, no tea towel so I couldn't dry up, the owner made me dry the dishes with a cloth she had so I could get my deposit of £153 back, she said everything was ok but still haven't been reimbursed, obviously not a same day thing so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Area was clean and cosy. Also cabin was really nice 👍

There was sign in the snackbar that it's open eveey day 11-22, but truth was that it wasn't. Only at weekends and only in the evening. So we didn't have any idea that we couldn't buy any food there. And no any markers erc neaeby. Nowhere was any mention that snackbar is open only at weekends. Swimming pool is open only 10-19, so at 7p.m. everyone have to go out of the pool and unfortunately one day we waiting hours and door was locked even if clock was over midday 🤷‍♀️
