Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used it as a base to explore Paris and go to Disneyland so didn't really use the facilities. The chalet was lovely and we had our own balcony and air conditioning which was very much needed.

The staff were really accommodating and helpful the chalet was clean and well equipped, breakfast was delivered every morning fresh pastries and bread and drinks daily! Multiple parks for the kids to play in the food in the restaurant was really nice especially the pizzas! Would definitely return

The onsite shop was a little small and the shop and bar were maybe a bit on the expensive side. As we had a car a quick trip to the local supermarket, only 10 minutes away, wasn't really a problem.

The pool area was great for adults and kids. My son loved the water slides and indoor pool was excellent for my youngest who is only 3. The staff were all really friendly and the kids loved the activities like the crazy pool and entertainment. We ended up booking day tickets to Disney and the location was great for this, only a 25 minute drive away. We were a little worried after reading some of the other reviews but really had no issues. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning also came in handy during the heatwave!

The swimming pool and slides was our favourite and we also liked the little garden outside. The location is perfect for travelling to Disneyland (25 minutes by car)

There was a lot of rubbish and the bins seemed to be full (I am not sure if this was to do with a wider problem of rubbish collection in Paris?

Lodge (VIP range) was lovely and clean with air con The staff were all great The swimming pools were fab but remember your fitted trunks as the boys/men are not able to wear shorts Perfect location to visit Disneyland (20 min drive and parking easy)

In one of the rooms by the sink there appears to be a dip under the vinyl. There seemed to be a bad smell (sewage) from time to time. One of the property door when you open it, there is a piece of 4x4 wood that creaks real bad to stop the door opening fully.

We arrived late at night we had to make our own bed with children and all the travelling all we wanted to do was sleep not make beds. The dryers wasn’t working and when we needed towels (it rained ). For the price we paid why did we have to pay extra for towels?

We like the pool , hot tub, the games all around the parc the trails and the staff was great.

This was our 3rd visit. Every time we come the place has improved. This time there is an indoor pool with good children’s area. There is an outdoor pool and 3 really good water slides as well as a park for the children. We love it here.

Having to make your own beds and clean the property to retain your deposit was a smidge annoying and towels not being included was a bit annoying too although they did supply some when we asked for them.

It was adequately basic but well stocked. Two bathrooms, four bedrooms, two loos and a dishwasher.

The new swimming pool facilities were very good for the children, it's nice to have a great indoor pool.

Great place staff very friendly good location to Disneyland nice and peaceful too. The best way to get around was Uber shopping not too far. Not much to do on campus as pool and park for little ones but overall great location

No changing rooms at pool. Bar and restaurant area need a makeover. Grass areas around Chalets need some care.

We could have done with a fan in the accommodation. It was 37oC when we arrived and it was very hot inside. We did book the most basic accommodation and noticed that the higher tier accommodation did have air con.

Lovely welcoming staff. The evening food in the cafe was very good. The pool was very refreshing on a very hot day. Looks like a new indoor adventure pool is being added too.

Construction happening at the top of the site. And no shop on site. We arrived late on a Sunday and nothing was open to get milk and bread
