Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Marie ( if i wrote the name correctly) gave us a full detailed explanation about all the services in the hotel and even a city map and the most important attractions in the city and how to get there. The location is really vital, close to the old town and many interesting spots.

United KingdomIf I were looking for faults I would say the shower water pressure could’ve been better, but it wasn’t terrible.
Excellent location, comfortable bed, large room, exceptionally helpful staff who gave great restaurant recommendations and were very kind to our three year old. The hotel is beautiful and the room very nice. Bathroom is spacious and has a door which doesn’t make a noise when you open and close it so you don’t end up waking your partner. Rooms are nicely air conditioned and beds/bedding very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t try the breakfast as there were lots of specialty coffee breakfast places nearby.
