Location was brilliant. Right on the junction of two main streets in the lively town centre but no noise. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom

The air conditioning was a little noisy on the first night and didn't work on the second. At breakfast, I would have loved some sliced tomatoes (French tomatoes are delicious!), and I would have liked toasted bread.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The range of food at breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The rooms were quiet, despite the central town location.

Couldn’t control the air conditioner from bedroom. Air conditioner was a bit old fashioned, which wouldn’t be a problem but it’s made weird ringing noise every 3-4 minutes. Room it self was nice size but it bit dark. No fridge.

Bed was nice on comfortable, bathroom was lovely and shower good. Staff were very nice and friendly, especially the young lady who was so helpful and cheerful.

There is very little not to like. The Manager was excellent and helpful at all stages of our stay.

The location is supreme. Inside the city walls and we were on the 1st floor overlooking the square where buskers perform most evenings. We loved it. Struck up a chat with one of them - David Kendal a refugee from the USA! Plays a mean octave mandolin. The vibe of the area was wonderful. Good dining in the immediate vicinity. Handy to the Ferry Terminal for our next stage to Guernsey. Just a short walk away at the bureau deTourisme and Bus pick up for the trip to Mont St Michel - shame about the weather but one can't beat bad luck! My wife was carrying an injury and the hotel reception manager was very helpful getting us a taxi to get us to the Ferry Terminal on time. Have waxed lyrical about the place to all of our friends.

super nice host - got us a taxi during a very difficult time. Hotel was beautifully appointed and a fabulous breakfast was ready for us at 6:00 - what a beautiful spread. The only reason it got a 9 for facilities was that the room was very, very small but very nice. I also liked that there was someone there 24/7

Unfortunately nowhere to park and no parking validation on nearby parking lots. It cost almost €50 to park the car for the night.

The staff are really lovely, the hotel has a nice interior and it's in a perfect, central location. Good buffet breakfast included.

Arriving at nearly midnight due to a delayed ferry from Jersey we found the hotel doors locked and nobody on reception. After banging on the door we got in. I didn't see a bell.

Could’ve come with more amenities like an iron and ironing board and some complimentary water. Charging €4 for a bottle of water at reception felt a bit much.
