It wasn't the cleanest and the rooms are quite dated. I think you can get better value for the price elsewhere in town.

Room was large but very tired. All needed updating. Green walls, floor and bedding! No aircon so a fan would have been appreciated. Waitress was so rude we didn’t bother when I asked about a table for dinner.

To start out we had to wait to check in behind a queue for people going to eat at the restaurant. After waiting for around 20 min the waitress told us to get in with no indication of where to go, there is no visible reception desk. You kind of just stay there until one of the waiters makes eye contact with you to be able to enter. I must admit the level of rudeness of the staff is really off the charts, they are completely overwhelmed and treat customers terribly. Either hire more staff or get some other place to check in guests. The check in process was the first of many factors that made us want to leave. The room was completely outdated, 80's style furniture with dusty decorations. The bathroom was in one floor and the room on the second one. If you didn't get the wifi password correctly from the restaurant staff good luck in leaving your room and going back there because there is no way to contact the staff after you're in. Then in the morning there is a wake up service freely provided by shouting children at 7am. One thing I actually was dreading that I didn't mind was the 10.30 am check out, found it a bit too early in the website but turned out I was happy to leave before 9am. Really terrible experience.

The staff. When I got there the woman was more worried about the clientes of the restaurant and let me talking alone! Then came a man that guided me to my room, but he even didn’t help me with the luggage in the stairs! I thought them very impolite.

Me and my wife were in the room called Myrtille (blueberry) that was outside the main building. For that price (near to €100/night) I was expecting better. The room was old looking. The bed had two single duvet rather than one double for a double bed. No coffee not tea and there was not even a kettle. The TV was super small and super far. The temperature of the room was impossible to control. The soap dispensers were not working properly. No mini fridge. The automatic light going to the street was going on and off all the time. The pictures on booking were a massive contrast to what we got.

Everything. The worst part was that the hosts were too busy with their restaurant business - not much time to help guest with depositing of luggage and the subsequent check-in process. Frankly the checkin should not be done within the restaurant premises - we were queuing behind a long line of restaurant customers.
