Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would stay here again, no hesitation. Parking isn’t easy but we did eventually find somewhere on the road for free -but this is the south of France in August, there is paid for parking nearby. The flat is central and quiet which is amazing the host were super available and whilst we didn’t need any help I have no doubt they would have been super helpful the flat itself is super cute and clearly designed with thought and attention. It is a studio has a mini balcony but worked well for us as a family of 4.

Our only complaint is that the pillows were like sandbags. A switch to a little fluffier pillows would be great. 😀
Great location and host, easy communication with host. Lots of storage space and nice little things like a beach umbrella to use, clothing lines for drying clothes, extra towels and pillows and very nicely decorated. Felt very welcoming and comfortable. Perfect location, supermarket round the corner and all restaurants a few steps away.

Cannot say there was anything - other that how incredibly hot it was in the south of France in August! Still the apartment had air conditioning which was a huge bonus!
What a Wonderful little place in an incredible location for absolutely everything: Restaurants, Bars, Beaches, Supermarket and Train station! Honestly, everything was between 30 seconds and 5 minutes away. The host Safwan was great and incredibly helpful. Host also was kind enough to leave bottled water in the refrigerator and an umbrella for the beach in the place. Also lots of little details in the apartment that were nice including a washing machine and coffee maker :) Honestly, the place is a little oasis in Juan les Pins! A lovely place and a great jumping off point to many other beaches and cities along the coast.

Location , the property is beautifully furnished and has a nice sit out area also. The owner was super helpful… I forgot my jacket and they were kind enough to pick it up and help me get the same

Doesn't get the sun due to its orientation. But not a dark flat. View is reasonably open.
all mod coms. special touches like a douche/ shataf in toilet. Spices in kitchen cabinet, nice furniture, spacious balcony. spacious apartment. Huge Franprix supermarket 20 yards form the building. All amenities on doorstep.

Car parking was hard to find
It was clean and well appointed and the little things like coffee for the machine and plenty of facalities. We had a realy good stay and wished we could stay longer

Only minus was parking around the area. It was challenging to find a free spot and private options were super expensive.

I had one evening with a very noisy neighbour, hopefully they are not there is I use the apartment again, lots of road works at the time but these will be finished very soon

There is a big problem with parking. The apartments could be much better if the cleanliness were improved. The towels and bed linens are clean but look very worn out. They are gray, not white. The bed linens are tangled, and the sofa is squeaky, making it impossible to sleep on. The children tossed and turned all night due to the discomfort. The sink is clogged and does not drain water.
The location of the apartments is very good. They are close to the sea. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was very dirty. The utensils and dishes all had food stuck on them and were visibly dirty. There were flies buzzing around the sink etc. I wasn’t expecting to have to wash the dishes before I used them.
Lovely patio and a good amount of space in the apartment.
