Dinner was not at the standard I would expect at a property like this. The night we stayed there was only an option for buffet. It was very limited. The meat was so tough, we couldnt eat it. It was really expensive for what was offered. The room we stayed in the bathroom had a lot of mould and it was unpleasant breathing in the bathroom.

Lovely spa, Pool access is difficult with small kids. The sauna was fantastic and has a great view.

First evening the dinner service was extremely long (after 2 hrs we received the appetizer and main course only) despite of arriving as first guests to the restaurant. The Director of the restaurant did not even apologize when we commented this and asked for the dessert to be delivered to our room. This was a bit disappointing..

Room tiny and at the limit of what is usable for a couple. Sauna too cold (around 60C) so almost useless, pool small. 15 mins walk to town.

Very nice staff, so thanks to Yann and the team. Terrace breakfast (20 euro each though) was very scenic. Spa good in places (like the outdoor wooden tub) but also flawed. Free and plentiful parking. Nice building. Room nicely decorated. Aircon in room welcome.

For the deluxe room price , I expected our room to have a great view of the valley. I was very disappointed and would have stayed at a different hotel had I known as having a view is important to us. There was additional cost to use the pool and spa.

The room we stayed in was a bit small. We were there for 1 night any longer would’ve been a problem, it had a small wet room with a curtain for the shower but if your partner wanted to use the toilet, you would have very wet feet…..it didn’t work for us!

The size of the room was shocking. Parts of the hotel were old and neglected. The SPA area is disappointing: the jacuzzi is not a jacuzzi and you need to book the area in advance. The waiter at the bar was either strange or unpolite.

The welcome at the reception was like in a 5 star hotel. The additional service of the receptionist was great (delivered iron to our room and put our champagne in a cooler for later on for us). The dinner was magnificent and so was the breakfast, with a really good range of choices. The parking number 2 is great, very secure and with other premium cars around. Check out experience smooth.

We planned to stay 3 nights and booked the smallest room, got a free upgrade on check-in. But ... happy to get the upgrade, the upgraded room was still very very small. The bathroom is "single person" access. Compared to other premises in the same price range I think the Breakfast for 20 Euro is too expensive (although it is great). There is a difference in how we were served based on who was on duty. One served coffee and cleaned our table from all stuff we did not need. The other lady just stared the whole time in the reception computer, so we had to take our coffee from the maschine ourself and exactly at the end of breakfast time she started to clean all tables.

Friendly staff, cosy rooms and a perfect location to explore the Embrum area. The pool and spa required a "reservation", it was not clear to us if it was covid related (We could not detect any covid measures during our stay) this resulted in a complete pool and spa for ourselves The Hotel has a great view over the valley towards the mountains and has an excellent restaurant. The breakfast is great!

There can be quite a lot of wasps at breakfast. The hotel probably can't do a lot about this without spraying chemicals.

My daughter of 10 and I had a fantastic stay at La Robeyère. The room was not huge but cosy, stylish and well-equipped. We loved the common spaces, the setting and the spa. It felt like real luxury. And we managed to get there from Brussels using only the train, which makes it a sustainable property for who wants to avoid the car.
