Really nice and comfy place in an amazing zone of Chamonix. THIS is the place / neighborhood where to stay in Chamonix. The views are awesome and the studio is really quiet.

United KingdomThere was no hot water coming out of the kitchen tap, if I left it on for about 5-10 minutes it would become slightly warm but never hot enough to clean with. The shower kept flooding as it hadn’t been cleaned out whether it was blocked hair or something else I don’t know. And the kitchen was really nice but the conduction cooker was very temperamental, and the extraction fan wasn’t functional.
Really nice location out of the way from town, really comfy studio with a nice bed and eating area. Perfect parking spot, scenic views on either side. Bedroom was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Was very easy to find and really detailed instructions on where to park etc and how to collect keys. The host also helped with an issue I had straight away once I called then texted me again to make sure I was still happy. Really good value for money as well

United KingdomA huge minus is the temperature inside. After a day of skiing where you want to warm up at home and dry your ski things you will be very disappointed!!! The owner has no intention of wasting money on heating! Installed smart taps on the radiators which he controls. I asked several times to increase the temperature, but the answer was to reduce the temperature in other rooms. After increasing the temperature on the radiator, someone turns it down after a few minutes.... Sad. To get warm you have to go to the restaurant or take a warm blanket with you. From insufficient warmth we came home cold!!! Great shame Robert. It is better to increase the price by a few euros and increase the temperature because it is quite important to warm up after a day of skiing!!! In addition, you will need to equip yourself with garbage bags and extra toilet paper. If it wasn't for the cold in the room I would have given a higher rating but such a policy of the owner should never happen!!! I have never, in any other place, had a problem with heating.
I rarely give feedback but this time I will! Location is great - about 5 min by car from the city centre and about 20 min on foot. Close to ski lifts and shops. Studio very small - smaller than in the pictures. There are a lot of pots and pans which can not be used because they are not suitable for induction cooker which is located there. But I think that the price is fair for such a standard. You will find essentials like coffee, tea, salt and sugar In short - nice although cramped place for an acceptable price but only on warm days. In winter stay away!!! Anyway - thanks Robert for this time
