The accommodation was clean and spacious. It was an okay location, very close to the supermarket, and ski hire ,the garage was a big plus especially as it snowed for a couple of days .

I think the only thing that let it down was that we didn't have a washing machine

Location is reasonable. Well priced.

Three showers only two toilets. Sheets weren’t clean but replacements were provided. Few things were broken could do with fixing window handle/toilet flush button Overall reasonable for the price

The property was lovely, great value for money, amazing venues and great location. Everything we could have needed, kitchen, balcony, TV and towels.

There were some small issues such as broken wardrobe door and unable to lock away our skis in wet room locker, but nothing that was a major problem to us. We spent a considerable amount of time cleaning at the end of the holiday to accommodate with the cleaning requirements that were sent over.

The chalet was comfortable and the view was nice

Very good location (not in city center but a 10min walk, close to supermarket and ski in/out), great view of the pistes, clean, warm (too warm maybe), we didn’t miss any amenities, separate WC from bathroom

The communication with the owner is a disaster: don’t expect her to answer questions or provide things you requested. Completely unreliable communication via booking.com, whatsapp or calling, but we were able to get support (missing bedsheets and wrong wifi password) by going to physically find her at the restaurant where she works. In short, if you don’t need anything urgently, you will never have to meet anyone face to face and you will have a great stay.

We were unsure of when the property was ready we let ourselves in as there was no one around to talk too

No internet which we did try and get hold of the owner and she said she had no internet in her restaurant either and had no working card machines. Thanks went down the the restaurant a few days later all computers were working and she said their was a faulty box in the apartment.The apartment was very suitable for our needs however the cleanliness of the property was poor

Some kitchenware were missing if you like cooking. You just have the basic stuff though.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, modern & the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The views across VT from the apartment were beautiful. Ski out was easy & less than 50m from the front door. Ski in was via a small red slope but less confident skiers could get back in via a small 2-3 min walk. Local ski hire, supermarket & restaurants were very convenient & all less than a 5 min walk. The main town was approximate 10-15 min walk. The dedicated garage & ski lockers were brilliant & a major bonus. We were a group of six adults & one teenager.

Location - away from centre and long uphill walk after skiing for beginners. Pillows poor.

Location was great, appartment was great, skiing was good.

We did not see any one from the property owners at any stage and our taxi driver found it hard to locate the chalet, so it would have been good to have had a map showing us where the apartment was as the VT map doesn't show the street names. Two tiny points - it would have been nice to have had some soap in the bathrooms and more than one key (between seven of us) to the apartment.
