The owner provided a lovely evening meal with ingredients sourced from the garden. Meal was excellent value.

The property was stunning. Owners gave us the history of the property which is 400 years old.

Breakfast was good Home made produce. Location suited us for our visit to the area. Mme Rouget was very helpful and changed our room on request..

The only minor thing to keep in mind it’s a house from 1600 and stone doorframes are fairly low in the rooms so stooping is necessary.

We loved our stay at this over 400 years old farmhouse that is immaculately well kept. We loved our host’s welcoming nature, we felt like visiting an old friend. Vivienne is amazing host. We loved to get to know her and her gorgeous golden retriever Rumba. We loved the fact that our host had her meals with us and we spent a few evenings talking and laughing about anything and everything over her delicious home-made meals which were incredible. We had no common language, but managed well with google translate. We learned a lot about French food etiquette and improved our French! We had lovely rooms and the amenities plus the wifi was sufficient. The house is in very quiet location, away from the nearest village at the end of a road and there’s only one neighbour plus farm animals. We came to cycle in this beautiful part of the World. It was an ideal place to start to our rides.
