Terrible wifi. There is no aircondition and it was really hot. No cleaning during the stay. The breakfast could be more variable.

The pool was good. The location was calm and cozy, there are nice restaurants around and feels safe. The owners were friendly and even tough they do not speak English they tried their best.

Breakfast would have been perfect if more filling choices such as eggs and cereals were offered. But I love the french toast Dany made and eaten with the homemade jams she served.

The host Dany is so endearing, you’ll feel nice around her. The location is a perfect base to explore Cannes and nearby destinations if you have a car. Clean and tastefully decorated room with the authentic charm of a provencal home. Good value of the money.

There are lots of insects around which of course is normal for the area, however we found lots of ants in our room (in both the bathroom and bedroom). There is also an incredibly steep hill to walk down into the villa which we were not expecting as there was no mention of this when booking.

Very cute place to stay in Mougins. Pool was lovely, our room was a great size and breakfast was exceptional! The owners were very sweet despite not speaking any English. Would recommend for a short stay.

Run down property, impossible to park on premises had to park in layby outside, Hosts do not speak english, No toiletries, no tea/coffee machine, no fridge, broken bedside lamp,brken bathroom window, grimey net curtains breakfast consists one croissant, one slice toast, one cup of coffee, cannot eat or drink in room must eat your own food at breakfast table for a charge of 5 euros each, bathroom overrun by ants, room tax added on at departure not informed before and should have been included in overall price

Fan instead of AC in upper level hotter rooms. Lower level room had AC but lacked daylight and had slight damp smell. Rooms do need some upgrading, but have to say everything was in working order. Breakfast needed some fruit and more protein options. General terrace area felt like intrusion into hosts space.

In the room, the shower was difficult to control... so much so that my wife gave up when the water was scalding hot. The bathroom door would stick when closing and needed a good push to overcome the jam (too tight on floor.) The property entrance isn't obvious as it has a closed gate at the entrance, When we called the owner for assistance locating the property, she said she did not speak English. Although she answered our email query in English prior to our arrival. Fortunately, my wife speaks French and we were able to locate and gain access to the property. The parking area is 3 stories above the pool side room we reserved. There is a steep sloping private driveway from the parking area which takes you down to the top level of the property... roughly 25-30 degree slope. From there you need to go down exterior wood, stone and tile steps with no handrail to assist you. One story down these steps is where breakfast is served. One more story down to the pool side rooms. The owner did assist us with our luggage. If you are challenged by stairs or steep slopes, this is not the right property for you. There is no mention of these obstacles in the property description for older folks that might be challenged by the 3 story decent to their room down a steep slope and exterior steps with no handrails. Ultimately, we decided to book a hotel for the remainder of our stay after just one night at this property due to the significant challenges for me getting to and from our room. Had we known about the 3 story decent from the parking area, we would not have booked this property. Because there was no mention of the physically demanding access to/from the room, we requested a refund for the 4 nights we did not spend at the property. The owner refused our request,
