Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSlightly noise boilers in bathroom, but when door closed these weren't too much of a problem. Not the quietest outside during the daytime, but very peaceful at night for sleeping.
Perfect location for exploring Monaco, right next to the main escalators which take you to the top of the Casino gardens. Nice area with amenities close by. Room was great for a solo traveller, with everything needed including a fridge, microwave and kettle which was a nice bonus.

PolandThe location was okay, near the centre, but I didn't take into account that the escalators to the facility only go one way, so I had to go back down with my suitcase, which was quite difficult. A window overlooking the wall.I didn't think there were other apartment in the flat. The cleaning lady came to one very early in the morning and I was woken up by the noise of cleaning. I didn't always have hot water in the morning. The first day I only had a cold one.
It was close to the center, close to a market and cafes. The bed was comfortable and there was a warm duvet, which was important because it is not that warm in Monaco in March. A big plus for a kettle in the room. Good contact with the owner and easy collection of keys.Good value of the apartment for the price. The apartment was clean. The place is great for a short stay.

CanadaBe aware: The location that booking.com shows is wrong, it’s not far away from the actual spot though. Contact the Chambre before you go and ask for details on the location and which button to press to get into the building. If you don’t have cell coverage, there is free internet down the street in case you don’t get the details ahead of time and need to contact them. Other than that, everything was good!
It was clean, and in a safe feeling location. Good price and value. I liked that there was a set of dishes in the room.

The room is very clean and modern, it was a very pleasant stay. The location of the accommodation is great, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and of course Monaco. You can do everything by foot from here. The host was also very kind and helpful!

United KingdomThis was an AWFUL experience. When I got to the apartment to stay there for the night, the door was locked. The front door was supposed to stay open for the rooms inside to be accessed, but it had been fully closed which meant it was unable to be opened from the outside. No one answered the door no matter how many times I knocked or rung the bell. Some men had just followed me and my friends before and we were scared they were going to follow us into the building. I called the property manager several times and they didn’t answer. I was so lucky that I was with friends and could stay with them otherwise I have no idea what I would’ve done. When I finally spoke to the property manager the next morning, she said I “should have knocked loudly”. I’m now not getting any response from the property manager about getting a refund. Do NOT stay here if you want to be safe!!
