Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOnce booked, I received a first message about instructions for my luggage.... I read again and read that I only booked a luggage room in Paris I contacted the landlord who told me that he will collect my luggage downtown Paris and that in evening i need to show up in Chatillon in his flat. Finally he contacted me back and proposed alternative because his flat in Chatillon was full... So he offered us his car to rent free and itinerary to Giverny in Normandy + housing. Nice house there in a old village. So globally a totally excentric experience....but landlord is kind and does offer a lot for what you pay.... We would come back and we recommand to verify with host that he did not overbook.....

I finally did not use to luggage area provided by the owner but we went directly to the flat from the owner in Chaticity. Chaticity Montrouge was easy to access and 15 minutes from Champs Elysees. We enjoyed and will recommend to our friends also

NorwayFor tourist from non european culture this place is not good! I had not received information though i tried from 2 hours ahed of the check in time! The google map adress provided was wrong! The people in the shop gave me key but their talking and behaviour is non professional and suspicious. English langauge is also non communicable. If I would not decided to go out forcefully and meet another person who came from Nepal, my paris visit would be ruined!!

BangladeshI think the person you work with he is lying with you . I never asked any alternative ! I said I want stay at that address which I have booked on the site of Booking.com . But he didn’t say anything. He is a fraud. Anyways, I will contact with French police with all my messages and evidence. And , another thing is that , you guys are playing with me ! You didn’t say anything when I was in the street of BIR-HAKEIM. I kept calling but person didn’t respond. Now it is 21h40 you are pretending to propose solutions ! Do you think , I should have still waited in the street for you ? The person you work with was very bad and fraudulent ! He send me messages confusing ! First , he gave me an address to collect the key , I was there. Then he said no no I said you have to return the key there. Then after he is saying I can’t give you room the 14 June because we are fully booked . But that was not my concern. Because I very well booked my room for 13 and 14 june. So , why did you gave it to another person !? Yes , I asked a modification , that does not mean you will give my room to another person ! He didn’t say anything when i wanted modification. I called him many times but very rudely he disconnected the phone every time ! Now it’s 21h40 ! I am totally exhausted and found another place which I paid double and I had to paid many times for taxi for doing that with that guy whom booking.com worked with . NetherlandsEverything was nice but we get feared not to be able to collect our luggage and miss our bus back..... The second day, the landlord allowed us when we left his flat joining Paris to stop near Eiffel Tower and drop our luggage there. Evreything runs very fine and practical not to carry our luggage. But in the evening before going back to Paris Bercy for our bus, nobody opened the door....We waited and waited....Fortunately somebody wents out and we entered the building to collect our storage there.
