Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This was our second time of coming, although it was new owners. Everything was as good as our first visit apart from we no longer had the use of a fridge and microwave. We were still happy with everything. Bonus was the hot tub and the pool which Anne was happy with us to use quite late as there were no other guests

Everything about it. We stay 1 night in the region every year as we drive to UK from Spain, and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We definitely want to return for a more leisurely stay. It was clean, friendly, lovely breakfast, great shower, pool and jacuzzi a real bonus.

New ZealandDespite the modern bathroom, a few more hooks for hanging towels and clothes would be appreciated. Additional towels for the spa and pool were not evident, they may have need somewhere, but we ended up using the bathroom towels which meant they were wet.
Lovely clean and modern space a short drive from Dax, with spacious bathroom, use of the pool and spa/jacuzzi. Friendly hosts and good information about local restaurants. Very quiet location and having shutters to block out the light meant we got a great sleep in. Breakfast could be served inside or out depending on the weather, and there were enough choices to keep us happy.
