The unit is old and the owner didn't care about making it look clean and neat. It would have been enough to at least paint the walls to make it look great. The floors are very old.

The location of the accommodation was great as it is located in front of the main bus station Chamonix Sud. It is located in the southern area of Chamonix and very close to the cable car station that takes you to the top of Mont Blanc.

Few things were not working as it should, first the parking badge was not working, parked on the road in the blue zone for the night. However the host fixed this issue very fast the next morning by replacing the badge. The shower holder is a bit weak, close to breakdown, not great when you dont want to spill all the water out of the bathtub. On the last day of our stay the door to the stairway corridor was broken, the whole handle was missing, meaning the door couldnt be opened, at the same time the lift was not functioning as well. With some creative tooling we managed to open the door and leave ourself on the floor of the apartment.

Tighter space than expected but manageable if out most of the day. Getting into garage was a bit of a challenge and finding the car on return even more so.

Location close to Mont Blanc gondola, Chamonix Sud bus station and main shopping/restaurant area was excellent.

The mattress is very soft and the old bed sheets need to be changed. Love those big and comfortable pillows though.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Bonus points for having a washing machine (even provided washing pods), facial pads, cotton buds for guests. The heater is warm. IMO, 4 guests might be a squeeze but perfect for couples and solo travellers. Location is as perfect as it can be. Bus stop is just outside of the residence and buses were clearly marked and they go to all the ski lifts in Chamonix. Walking distance to the centre of Chamonix, supermarket and local pizzeria. Ski rentals at the ground level of the residence.

Sometimes it is difficult to find a free parking nearby.

The kitchen is complete with all the necessary cooking stuff. The room is quiet and nice for two persons.

Great position in Chamonix, near to the Aiguille de Midi cable car. View of Mont Blanc from the front door and Aigguille de L'M from the apartment living room. Apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. Left the car in the underground car park throughout our stay as public transport is free and very regular (bus stops outside the front door!) The apartment looks over the communal grass and trees at the back so nice and quiet! Lovely!

Property is located on a roundabout of a busy road so expected some noise. There was also a brasserie underneath our apartment so bar and music noise needs to be expected. Ear plugs did help this.

Property was located close to town centre and transport so an easy walk to all amenities. Apartment was well equipped with all facilities to accommodate a longer stay; washing machine etc. The apartment manager was highly responsive, communicated well and sorted out problems quickly. We were supported with a later check out which was much appreciated.
