Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

OmanHonestly, it would be hard to list something we didn't like.
Perfect configuration for a small family. The property was very modern and clean, with plenty of elements and accessories to cook, make coffee etc! Additionally, I have a kid in a wheelchair and the fact that the apartment has a wide service elevator is very convenient and the shower is very well designed made it a dream! The view is amazing and location is very convenient, with direct city center access through a bridge.

United KingdomListing said TV available but was missing (probably sent for repair as the remote and cables were there). Only other point is the hot water runs out after two showers but not a big deal as the boiler heats it up again in ~15-20 mins.
very clean and comfortable. exceptional views and great location with easy access to town center (2 mins walk) and lifts (5 mins walk, uphill though).
