House difficult to find. The number corresponds to the house next door and then you need to ring to get the code for the box for the key. If it had been dark it would have been difficult to find.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, well maintained. Walking distance to supermarket (10min) and similar to pizza shop too. Easy to find, good instructions from the vendor.

Towels are not included in the base price, they could be. Beware that you're expected to clean the property. We just stayed for one night so a quick clean was fine and not much time.

It's a one big room with a double bed + double openable sofa/bed. It was clean, bathroom is nice and big. Got the keys from a lockbox, all went well. Parking is easy.

Propert was perfect for our trip as a night stop down to the mountains. Property was well equipped for a comfortable stay. We arrived very late and the host had kindly made the sofa bed ready for the kids to jump into bed as soon as we arrived. Great communication from the host as well.

The host communicates french only, get the translator ready. Despite many requests, no receipt, invoice - any kind of the bill. In case of business travel, you loose. The room is a bit noisy at night, the cars on the street are just few meters from you.

Wife of the owner threatened to call the police if we didn't leave after knocking loudly on the door after we had just entered the property. This was because the husband had blocked her account to have any money from the letting. We had already paid to stay. We vacated until it was settled for us to return 2 hours later, to be honest booking.com were as effective as a chocolate teapot promising to help us through to the end and finding us alternative accommodation , this was rubbish and I had to deal with the male owner myself via phone. The first booking.com rep asked me to end the original phone call so it could be logged and escalated and to call back , but then you have to start back explaining from the beginning about the owners shouting loudly and threats of police intervention. We had to go back to the property after 2 hours and lock ourselves in and shutters down as we didn't want any more threat of becoming homeless for the night. Very stressful end to our month on vacation. Booking.com keep saying 'thank you for this information' but do very little to solve the problem . No callback received. You would not post this review, of course , so thanks for nothing

The place was quirky - which I loved. So well fitted out with good quality fittings. I didn't actually meet the host but communication and information re getting the key was so good. Very reasonable price too. Would definitely stay again
