Nothing everything was perfect

Everything was Perfect! I have read some reviews before choosing this place and I was really wondering the place. I think for us also It is THE stay in France. The garden, the view, the comfort of the room, the Breakfast! So many things to stay about it. The hosts are very friendly and they booked a restaurant for us, we had a wonderful discussion about the are, the history of the castles etc. It a heavenly place and the owners are really enjoying having the guests and they made you feel like you are their guests. The quality of the products in the room and a small touch like fresh flowers are priceless. The breakfast was sooo good that we couldn’t stop eating. If you have time do not stay only one night at this wonder stay, or come early to enjoy the garden and this tranquillity. We will definitely come and again. Thank you very much

A lovely place to stay and a very warm welcome from Pierre & Marie. Pierre booked us into a very good restaurant for our evening meal. We had an excellent room and the breakfast was very good. It was also interesting to hear about the history of the house.

The elegance and spacious comfort. For our second visit, Pierre and Marie welcomed us warmly. Their dinner table was so convivial and the breakfasts stunning with the home produced confiture and fruit juices being an excellent accompaniment to the selection of breads.

Everything about this place is fantastic except the wifi. Wifi was connected easily but very slow. Also besides the WhatApp, cannot connected with other apps.

This old chateau is really well maintained and the owners are so friendly and helpful. The garden is so beautiful and we would love to go back again for a longer holiday. Room is clean and nice arranged. The hostess prepared the breakfast really nicely . Bed is comfortable and pillows also very firm and nice.

Pierre & Marie are wonderful hosts who go to great lengths to make their guests feel as comfortable as possible. We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown around. Enjoyed the grounds and stunning views from the chateau with a complimentary glass of Rose. Breakfast was fantastic! Fresh croissants; Marie makes delicious preserves from their own orchard; home made yoghurts and fresh eggs from their chickens. Tea and coffee available all day. We booked to break up our journey to the South of France and we are so delighted we picked an absolutely gem!

Everything is perfect.

Beautiful chateau and garden around it with very friendly owners. We stayed here for one night but more nights would have been better. The rooms are large with luxurious bathrooms. The bed was great! The breakfast is full of homemade products. They also serve dinner but not all days; the owners booked a restaurant for us instead. We will definitely come back.

Perfection. An absolutely beautiful old château, very tastefully decorated and in stunning grounds. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the suites which was amazing, with huge shuttered windows opening onto the beautiful garden and pond. Marie and Pierre are fantastic hosts - friendly, engaging and generous. Pierre kindly made a reservation for us at a local restaurant which we appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of homemade and local produce. We have stayed in some beautiful places in France, and Château de Preuil is at the top of the list.

The bedroom was very warm - air con unit too noisy to use at night and too many mosquitoes to leave window open. A ceiling fan would greatly improve this .
