Fantastic vineyard chateau with years of history which was explained to us whilst having a wonderful wine tasting and evening meal. The location was superb with easy access off the motorway south of Bordeaux.

Nothing to dislike!

The room was spacious , well appointed and very comfortable. Bella was one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble and she was also very accommodating regarding our dog. We were able to take him safely for walks around the grounds. Bella served us a hearty breakfast - and I would recommend the omelette! As my husband is interested in wine making Bella kindly arranged for a wine tasting with Mr Gonet.

Bella & Fredrik were the best of hosts; warm, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was lovely and the dinner and breakfast were perfect. Frederic's knowledge of his family's wine is amazing. The Chateau is in a great location for travelling from the north to Spain and we thoroughly recommend it.

Among the vineyards in the medieval castle. Modern rooms with historical touch. Ideal place for rest during your long travel. Nice personal. Thanks for your hospitality

The most outstanding feature is the way the owners Fredric and Bella made us feel as if we were part of the family. Bella's Chinese breakfast was very good!! We also enjoyed all the knowledge and passion Fredric has about the process of champagne making. We'll definitely come back!!!

Everything is amazing.

Charming property, very comfortable room, super friendly hosts. Bella cooked a delicious dinner for us with wine tasting included. Breakfast was also very good. We want to come back :-)

Chateau from the 11th century, beautifully restored, with nice modern rooms. Free parking. Hosts are very friendly and gave us tips what to see in the area. Wine tasting and dinner were delicious. The highway next to the Chateau is audible outdoors, but not disturbing thanks to the walls surrounding the courtyard. Inside the room, the highway noise is not audible anymore. Great experience staying here - we can absolutely recommend!

Nothing, it was all good.

The building has real charm. Really impressive as one approaches down the drive to the parking at the rear of the property. Bella, the host, came out to greet us and was really friendly. She talked a bit about the history of the place as she showed us to our room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a very good nights sleep. In the morning, Bella prepared a fabulous breakfast consisting of Japanese stye omelette, chocolate croissant, bread, and fruit. We would stay here again.

There were not so many trains to Bordeaux city center departing from the nearest station.

Beautiful chateau.Shower room modern.Bella is so kind and cooks delicious breakfast(we enjoyed dinner too, champagne and wines here). Our small daughter was also happy playing with her family.Mille mercis!

The motorway is right next, but you cannot hear a thing, cause of the big stone walls!!!

A middle-aged castle, in the middle of a beautiful vineyard, in Cadaujac, on the outskirts of Bordeaux. The city is close, 15min drive. Perfect base for wine excursions in Saint Emilion, Sauternes, Pesac etc. Bella and her family are the perfect hosts, making our Bordeaux vacation perfect! The wine tasting was excellent, breakfast was delicious. We felt like a family member, making our stay calm, and peaceful. Just like a home! Merci mes amies!!!

Everything was perfect.

The rooms are big and recently refurbished, and the castle and its surrounding vineyard are very beayutiful. The owners are friendly and very helpful, and will cook delicious homemade breakfast. You can also taste and buy the excellent wine they make with the grapes surrounding you!

The facilities are super clean and brand new. Bella and her family are super kind. They made us feel at home and provide us with a very nice wine tasting experience. We came by bike and it was easy to find and access. It really worth it!

It is a kind of B&B where the owners are still learning the tricks of the trade. Although they are doing their best to revive the place (on their own), there is still a lot to be done.

The vineyard is beautiful, the outside appearance of the castle is great and the owners are very nice.
