Beautiful Chateau, excellently maintained in lovely area. Good location to stop off for Le Tunnel, about 1hr 30 mins from Calais. Very attentive staff, Theo in particular deserves a mention, running the venue apparently single handedly on our day of arrival

Only thing that lets the venue down is lack of a kitchen. Only really a small menu of cold plates, so would have loved a good meal there

Converted stable room was excellent and comfortable. Good value.

Noisy air con at night. Breakfast was very average.

Beautiful building in a very peaceful location Good breakfast Well decorated room with lovely comfortable mattress and pillows Very clean Nice grounds

Short of staff in the evening - only 1 member of staff to do everything. He was lovely but way overstretched. They no longer have an evening meal available which is what we had originally booked - the cold platter we had was nice but we would have preferred a meal. Breakfast is nice but overpriced

The building and rooms are beautiful, staff extremely helpful.

The lack of a proper dinner menu, the meat plank was lovely but after a long day travel something more substantial would have been great.

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay. So lovingly renovated to a high standard. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. The staff were lovely although very busy, they remained courteous and attentive. We had a lovely conversation with Axel who's English was impressive. Thank uou for a lovely stop over and will most certainly recommend and stay again.

Lovely spacious contemporary room, super comfortable bed, beautiful dining room

The dinner was very pleasant but maybe it was the chef's night off so little choice and very simple.

Lovely rooms and enjoyed resaurant food. Liked the atmosphere and the peace. Will be back if we are in the area Excellent helpful staff.

We ate 2 nights and the menu was the same. I like a limited choice but could be varied day to day.

Beautifully appointed to modern standards and utmost luxury Stunning chateau and charming staff who went out of their way to help us

Not the property but the location is tranquil but no restaurants or shops nearby, so better to bring things with you or plan ahead to eat as many local places don’t open in the week

Lovely room. Quiet. Quality. Immaculate. Dog Friendly. Stylish. Just lovely.

Could find nothing to complain about.

Modern, clean and good spot for dogs.

Obvious lack of staff led to poor/slow service. Very misleading Booking.com description about the hot tub amenities - a charge of 20 euro for 30 mins. rather than included and no real dining room - a nice charcuterie board instead.

The Chateau was beautiful with lovely gardens. Beds were comfortable, fresh and clean.

As a group we had booked to eat in the restaurant after driving for 9 hours. Less than an hour before our arrival we received a text to say the chef had resigned and that there was a restaurant nearby we could go to. This would have meant driving again, so we were eventually offered meat and cheese sharing platters at the hotel. On arrival there was confusion over which rooms we had or hadn’t paid for. Luckily I had proof on my Booking.Com app that we had paid for them all. When we went to breakfast at 9am the tables still had our dirty wine and beer glasses on the table. If they can improve the customer service this would be the perfect place to stay.

It was quiet as it was a one night stay.

The cost of the dog, there were no extras provided for the dog but we still had to pay 30 euros which is excessive! No bed offered, bowl, water, treats etc (which even Hotel B and B do in Madrid. The evening meal was not good and we were offered outside tables (too hot) or by the coffee machine. The breakfast is not worth eighteen euros each as it’s now a very basic buffet and not the platters from November. We have previously stayed there, in November, and the food was lovely. This time it really was not good, especially the breakfast which was decidedly average. We had better food and service at a Campanille. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to this after a long journey from southern Spain. Also, the air conditioning unit was really noisy (think it needs a service) and the shower door was broken.
