Wasn’t disability friendly - I did understand that pre booking but would have been helpful to have room on groun floor rather than up stairs - unfortunately they didn’t get my message from booking. Com

Breakfast was lovely and guy who met us and brought us to the room was lovely

Restaurant/facilities more accessible/more recommendations on hand. Would have liked more of the wines in the room to try for a more immersive experience between the chateau and chambre d’hotes.

Breakfast was lovely, gorgeous setting. Not any restaurants close by, but staff were super helpful. Room slightly small but comfortable.

Rare opportunity to stay at a working chateau. We were excellently looked after by the highly professional team and the museum and winery tour was very interesting. We were a group of 10 which fitted the dining room perfectly and were well fed by Cedric. The traditional style rooms belong to another age - but that’s the point, and the atmosphere and pleasant grounds more than compensated for any lack of modern glitz. Breakfast was just right to set us on our way. A memorable Medoc experience.

Breakfast was poor. One tiny roll and one croissant and couple jams + fruits.

Tasting menu is a must have! What more, great place for a wine trip to Bordeaux as it is right next to the train station. Nearby are couple wineries. Closest shop and restaurant is 30min walk in the wineyard.

I was a bit amoused, that I got an info to arrive on time to bring not the organisation out of order. This sounds like servants waiting, but as I arrived it was luckly relaxed and not so strict.

Its really like living in a small mansion. The building is quiete old. The rooms are comfortable and nicly furnished. Water is hot and has strong power. You get an infi brochure with all important things to see and helpful informations. The host was friendly and explained everything. The breakfast is good and rich in an old nice room together with the other guests. We were all 4 people. So the chateau is also very quiet😃.
