It was typically French which was charming. The location was excellent, by the River Aude and facing the Square . Georgia, the host, was lovely. She was very helpful with the knowledge she has of the area and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast provided was very good.

Street is long and oneway , but not makes any harmy.

Location is good. Breakfast was super big and tasty. Bilding is very old and charming. Keys is ready to box. Car parking was behind the river. Shop and restaurants is only few steps away.

Georgia the owner was there to welcome us on arrival and was very informative regarding local bars and restaurants. Severine, prepared breakfast, which was varied and plentiful. This Bohemian style hotel is very charming, rustic and comfortable with beautiful views.

The place was huge, loads of space for 5 cycle tourists to spread out on a long trip. Comfortable, in the middle of Quillan and quite stylish. I liked it. Having breakfast served in the morning - also v welcome.

Minor issues with some of the furnishings which could do with a refresh or some attention. For example, the towel rail in the en-suite was not secure in the wall and was unusable, some of the upstairs kitchen drawer fronts needed fixing etc. Also, there were a couple of large plants that were very sticky as covered in sap. This dropped a sticky residue on the sofa. However, I have to say, the good outweighed these issues and I would be happy to stay again

I had a great stay and would stay again. The owner was prompt with messaging and it was easy to access the keys for the room. The breakfast was really great as well. The room came with bedding and towels unlike many other spots in France.

I would have appreciated slightly smaller and softer pillows.

We loved the location of this property with views of the river and the mountains. To have a small kitchen space to prepare food was a bonus. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was generous in proportion. A really good place to stay in a nice little town.

As we said, the kitchen has to be considered as an extra. It doesn't have all the comforts of a new kitchen and therefore it is not intended to be used to prepare meals for big families but rather to heat some food for a small family who doesn't want to go to a restaurant every night.

The room and house were very nice and clean. Séverine is a very polite and gentle professional. The breakfast was marvellous. The kitchen came as a nice extra to the room we rented. The games room was also a beautiful addition. Our son could practice his piano lessons and we could play some nice games. We could see the good taste in many details.
