We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very french ! Plus quirky. Very comfortable rooms esp. the bed, modern facilities.quiet for a good night’s sleep. Fabulous cuisine, we ate in the traditional restaurant but the tapas restaurant looked amazing . Free parking next to the hotel.

Outstanding hotel & restaurant .. far exceeded our expectations. Parentis is a modest town, with a great hotel & phenomenal restaurant together. Wonderful staff .. very welcoming & friendly. Incredible evening meal. Lovely room in a converted presbytery, part of the hotel. Outstanding breakfast - a loaded tray of real specialty food. It was market day in the morning which was also fun & very buzzy atmosphere. Would like to have stayed longer. Very useful location for a Vélodysée stopover.

Room above a busy restaurant | bar. The room was modern and obviously recently refurbished. Very comfortable. We were worried the bar would keep us awake but it closed down early and there were no issues. We ate at the tapas bar - food and ambiance were great. Breakfast good.
