You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. AustraliaAlthough double bed mattresses are comfortable, they are unsuitable for back-sleeping tall people > 182 cm. Additional pillows would be welcome.
Holiday house in a quiet location close to Domme and many other Dordogne destinations. Shutters on windows made bedrooms nice and dark for sleeping. Well equipped kitchen with small central dining table plus larger dining table in adjacent open-plan living area. The bathroom, laundry and toilet were on ground floor, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. A further bedroom with a double bed and a larger bedroom with single beds were upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms became warm during the heat of the day, but the ground floor bedroom remained cool. Only one of the upper bedrooms had a fan. Excellent wi-fi. Welcoming bottle of wine was appreciated. Very nice manager who met us at arrival and departure.

United StatesThe place has an ant problem and they know it because there are many ant traps. There is nothing on the website that linens are or are not supplied. They are not. We learned this when asked if we had brought our own and the response was there was a 35 euro fee for the linens we needed. Pricing varies apparently. This was quite the shock and there was nothing on the property description to indicate such. After learning this and checking the website further I found a Q&A that mentioned it, but this was posted just a few days before our arrival, long after our final payment and long after I had checked the website. Note to Owner: please fix your property description to make this transparent to the renters. The couch isn't very comfortable to sit on, as if it is missing cushions that should go on top of the mechanism that supports the sofa bed. Ceiling low on the second floor.
Enough room. Kitchen well supplied. Appreciated having a few supplies such as detergent in the house. Good location. Clean. Beds a bit hard but manageable. Great to be able to do laundry; no dryer but a multi-level clothes drying rack is provided.
