Overall, it’s a nice hotel. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the quiet location. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel has no air conditioning, and since it’s located in the valley, the room became very hot at night (it felt like +30). Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep because of the heat, and opening the window let in swarms of mosquitoes. I understand that August is the only really hot month here, but perhaps the hotel could consider installing mosquito nets on the windows and at least some ceiling fans to make summer stays more comfortable.

The staff was overall very helpful and pleasant.

The rooms and the building in general are "tired", the TV was smaller than a computer screen and mounted high in a corner (a bit like in a hospital but older and smaller), the wifi was sketchy, tiger mosquitoes in the corridors and the rooms. Room doors make a squeeky noise and are slammed by patrons, sound isolation is minimal. The food in general was barely ok. A bit like the hotel. "Tired" Not a great experience.

Great location, confortable beds, friendly staff. We travelled with a car and two bikes. We have appreciated the secured garage for the bikes.

Clean sheets. The polite gentleman at reception.

The bath is high and dengerous to access. Old style property that needs renovating. A poor breakfast that had to be taken on a high table and bar stools in the reception area. But worst of all, no one told us that the room key opens the hotel's front door. There was no sign to that effect on the door, the hotel was shut for the night by the time we returned from the late Mass at the Grotto. Luckily a kind resident woke up to let us in, explaining that the same had happened to him the night before. We were in bed by the time someone returned our call from the telephone number on the door. He just told me to use the room key to open the front door and promptly hung up on me when I politely explained what had happened.

The staff are extremely friendly. The natural environment is very nice. There is parking space next to the hotel

English is not really spoken by the people, but they try very hard to compensate. It didn't bother me.

The room was really small. Breakfast was really expensive for what was on offer.

The bed is extremely comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The people at the restaurant and reception were amazing. Super good for parking, the view to the mountains is simply amazing, the pool was nice as well. Keep in mind that it’s a suggestion for people going by car, if you don’t have one it might be super complicated

nice location, a little old-fashioned but clean, and parking is available on the premises.

They are slightly overpriced for what they offer. The bathroom had a consistently unpleasant smell, they need to understand the source of it in my opinion.

Great hotel, close to Cauterets and the ski lift. Staff were lovely and the kids loved the pool.
