Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceOf course, the building is old and the common areas are quite dated as well. As other guests pointed out, there is no elevator. But these were not very problematic to me. The two things that really bothered me were the shower, with a curtain which seemed very dirty (altough it was maybe just the fabric, but the aspect was really poor), and the fact that there is no sound isolation, I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even conversations.
I found the reviews for the hotel a little bit harsh. This is a hotel located close to Place d'Italie, in an area with a lot of facilities, shops and restaurants. I interacted well with the staff, the room was big enough and clean, the bed was comfortable.

United KingdomThe room was small, and we could only just about walk around the bed. However, the bathroom was extremely small and cramped, almost to the point of being unusable. There was also nowhere to put our toiletries or shower gels. There was also a lot of noise from several other guests, and the rooms were not sound proofed in any way.
