The top of the shower head probably wasn’t cleaned since they opened the hotel. As the shower head was leaking and making noise dripping, they put a towel in the shower, which was very wet (not sure how long as it was there) and became quite disgusting

The shower! Badly positioned and had to hold with one hand so water didn't go all over the floor and out the door to the carpet. Be aware location is a disance from the main part of the old town. Suggest buying all day transport ticket to save energy for site seeing.

Carpet and curtain smelled of dust, the toilet smelled of sewage. No sound insulation I heard the neighbours well. The gym is useless with its low ceiling.

Very good! Our room was prepared early, and to our surprise we were given a superior room although we paid for a classic! Particularly the staff stands out with exquisite professionalism, and a pleasant, heartfelt presence that all employees seemed to share. The staff recommended spots to visit, and before check-out helped us find a place to weigh our luggage and booked a taxi for us, among other things. Breakfast was of relatively good quality; high volume and the range of products somewhat compensate the price of €16 per person. Excellent service during breakfast as well. The room was tidy.

The elevator is very small. It was not an issue for me, but keep this in mind if you have big luggage or are claustrophobic. Although I asked for a quiet room, during the night, there was a loud noise coming from the many outdoor AC units placed on the roof outside my window. Also, the ceiling isolation is not very good, and I had the bad luck of having a guest above my room walking around continuously until 2-3AM on both nights. The body products provided do not have a pleasant smell. There are no vegan breakfast options. I did not communicate this to the hotel in advance as I travel multiple times a month for business, and it has never been an issue so far. I informed the staff upon check-in, but, unfortunately, they could not arrange anything. A very kind staff member brought me a soy yoghurt on the second day.

The bed is quite comfortable. The room is small but provides all basic necessities, including a complementary bottle of water. The staff in the breakfast room is friendly and professional. The common areas are nicely decorated. Located not far from the train station (10-min walk) and the city centre (15-min walk).

Location is very good especially for those arriving by train. My room was so cozy and comfortable that I felt like at home there. I like it how the room was designed and styled. It looked very French - perfect balance of classic style and functionality. I was looking for a comfortable bed, a desk, a cup of tea in the room, good bathroom, tasty breakfast and I had it all. They also gave a small fitness area with a sauna. You book it and use it privately, that was also very nice. And last, but most important, - the hotel is very clean.
