The living area was nice but could have used some basic add-ons - there were not even glasses to drink some water from! We were 5 people and I was forced to book another separate room with the apartment since it was stated that it is for a maximum of 4 people. However the living area had a folded single bed which meant that we could have booked it for 5 people and slept all in the same area instead of having another room. The details need updating to specify the options and make it more clear what the apartment includes. You need to make your own bed and also remove the linen and take it down with you when checking out.

Apartment without kitchen was larger than expected and spacious. It had 2 room with 2 single bed each - the listing did not specify that it had 2 bedrooms and it was a nice surprise. The apartment included 2 bedrooms with 2 narrow single beds each, a toilet, a shower room and a living area with sofa and table.

At 1am the fire alarm set off. There was no one from the staff present it had to be me and other guest to try and figure out how to shut if off.

The price and the parking space. Also the mountains surrounding and the breakfast was OK.

The dinner was poor value. €18 per person for a small melon starter, a sausage and polenta for main course and yogurt! I thought the room was great value but wouldn’t use the restaurant again !

    Good value and very clean

Breakfast could be improved. Also few of us fell sick after dinner one night. Not clear what caused it but was very likely fondue or the salad. Check out time could be extended.

Great value for money. Friendly staff. Place had great entertainment. Other than food nothing to complain.

Nothing to eat after 20:00. Very basic breakfast with just bread, jam and cereals. The room was really small.

Very basic, but OK for the price. Great location for the nearby nature attractions. Good bar.

Not a dislike but you should know this is not a regular hotel. It is the kind of place large school group trips go in coaches. When there is a large group in the canteen, they moved breakfast for other adults/families to the smaller bar eating area which was good. There was minimal staff present in off season outside normal working hours except for kitchen/bar staff. However, they were very helpful and email communication is very quick.

Studio room was clean, recently fitted, and nice and big for two, with plenty of space to store skis and have room left over for relaxing. Breakfast was basic but had everything you need to start the day: museli, cereal, yoghurt, nice bread, local jams, fruits, desserts, tea, and water (and red wine!) on tap for filling bottles. The location is good to access the ski area with two options: use either Ramasse chairlift, or use the frequent free Val Cenis shuttle buses which you can board from the very closeby stop at Pont du Folgöet and get to any of the upvalley/Lanslevillard lifts from there.

don’t expect good WiFi connection, we were at same time there was groups of school classes so maybe this was a reason for unusable internet.

very good location, You can slide down from escargot trail directly to hotel over small steep hill. just few walking minutes away from little carrefour market. nice and kind personal.

More range for breakfast would of been nice. very basic. And a later check out than 9am, maybe 10am would be nice?

Simple accommodations. Excellent ski facilities. Easy parking and walking distance into the centre. All the staff were very nice and we saw staff cleaning each day (door handles, stair cases)…. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel made skiing much easier with the purchases of ski passes, ski hire and just a bit of a hill to climb to get into the slopes but definitely skiing straight back to the hotel was nice at the end of the day. My children enjoyed their experience at the hotel also.

Didn't bother me but the wall lights in my room didn't work so couldn't read at night

Arrived early but no problem to check in - really friendly staff on the reception too. The pool is great! So fresh on a hot day. I had the evening meal and it was nice to sit with other guests, wish I could remember more of my school french but we made it work. This was one of my favourite things about staying here cause I'm travelling alone. Slept great, then the big one - cycling up mont Cenis, perfect location to do this from and a stunning climb. Honestly not too difficult, I'm not an especially seasoned cyclist and I managed it fine. The views at the top are incredible and the descent into Italy a lot of fun. Great value, standard simple room but clean and functional - a perfect stay here for me and my tour - thanks a lot to everyone at CIS I'll be back!

    Nothing - it was great.

This place is very good value for money being the cheapest on our trip but one of the best. The room was a reasonable size and would have slept 4 if needed. The highlight for me was the swimming pool which was much appreciated after a day's cycling over the mountains. We had a very good value dinner €16 including wine! Breakfast was just as good. Shout out to the very friendly staff as well.

Breakfast was good. i wish it could have started at 7am as I had to drive to Dieppe but still had some great French coffee local cheese bread, yoghurt fruit and cereal.

Its's a ski resort. So you get a ski chalet to stay in. Incredible scenery, lots of chatty school kids on a trip away. Staff friendly, helpful try a bonjour, it goes a long way. No tv but who needs that in such a beautiful place in the French alps?
