Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. GermanyThe hotel is outdated: the towels look old and thin, and the furniture definitely needs refreshing. I expected it to be cleaner. In the bathroom, there was still hair from previous tenants, and the floor had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, my socks turned grey within half an hour...
The room was spacious, with a big balcony, and separate bathroom and toilet. The AC was functioning the whole time. Breakfast was good—they even had fresh orange juice available. Water and coffee were available on the ground floor all day.

United KingdomThe pictures are a little deceitful of what the apartments look like. The pictures are brighter and not necessarily accurate of the quality of resources in the apartment. For example, mine showed there would be a table with chairs, but there wasn't and the apartment wasn't as well lit.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great that there was a free coffee machine to use 24/7. The location is great as there's a tram station just outside. Decent breakfast in the morning at extra cost with choice of hot and cold items. Size of the apartments were decent and the separate kitchen area was useful.
