On the day of my arrival at the hotel it was my birthday, the day before I asked for an appropriate surcharge to place sweets in the room as a congratulation, but upon arrival the reception staff apparently forgot about it and there was nothing in the room, no compliments from the hotel. There is a very small selection of products at breakfasts, the room where they are organised is small and looks dirty, as well as the hotel corridors, very old

The hotel has a good location for those who want to live closer to the Eiffel Tower, it takes no more than 10 minutes to walk to the tower. The subway is a couple of steps away, there is a good grocery store opposite the hotel, many different cafes. The room has everything you need for cooking

The car park entrance is not working. Had to stop at the gate and went to reception 2 times asking for support. No daily cleaning. Almost no service

Bathroom slightly tired in places replacement silicone/grout needed in some areas. Request via Booking,com for two beds rather than a double, didn't seem to have reached the hotel despite a confirmation from Booking.com

Didnt get off to a good start as out Booking.com reservation was not on the holels system and therefore they were not expecting us . Thet did provide us with a room and we relocated to the room type we had reserved the following day . Offered meal in compensation for the mixup

Ths is a return visit for us as it met all our needs. Apartment hotel with lifts, walk in shower large bed and wonderful views of the Eiffel tower . Its next to a 3 line metro station , 15 minutes walk from Eiffel tower and taxi rank right across the street . The staff were so kind and helpful especially Brenda and Antoine. Highly recommend.

The hallways felt a bit outdated compared to the rooms but wouldn’t deter us from another stay.

The lady at the front desk with the long, dark braids was so helpful. We ended up having two separate reservations and had to change rooms. She remembered our names on the second day when we came to the front desk for our new room. She made recommendations for transportation and gave directions to where we needed to go. She was lovely! The rooms were modern and spacious, very clean. That room with the Eiffel Tower view - absolutely amazing!

Location to excellent restaurants and cafes was great and 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Fantastic Monoprix right across the street and nice shopping area close by.

You can feel and hear the metro rumble through the hotel between 5am and 2am. Get used to it but not great if you're a light sleeper.

Location was great overall, hotel staff were nice, decent restaurants in area, nice base for Eiffel Tower, Sunday market underneath the rail line had a stunning array of fresh produce.
